Este Sparrow Pond Cottage de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños está destinado a ser su nueva cabaña de playa favorita en Kiawah. Comprado en 2017, esperamos compartir nuestra nueva casa de Kiawah con usted. Desde que compramos la cabaña, hemos renovado los 3 baños, hemos instalado nuevos pisos y hemos pintado el interior de la cabaña junto con otras actualizaciones. Wi-Fi gratis.

Todas las cabañas de Sparrow Pond están situadas en West Beach Village, y muy cerca de muchos de los lugares de interés y actividades más preciados de Kiawah. Son cabañas independientes.

This house was well appointed. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I lost a ring and she had a plumber. Take the drains off the sinks to try to find it. I highly recommend this home!

The cottage was great. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. There were two each chairs but one was broken and the other on its last leg. Convenient to the beach. I liked that it was so close to the Kiaweh gate!

Great Stay

The beach is a five minute walk, and the condo very roomy. Loved the outdoor shower. Would highly recommend.

Cute place and GREAT location!

The location couldn't be much better. Short walk to the beach and pool and short drive to all the local shops/restaurants. Communication from the owner was great and prompt.

Great location-Good value

Fantastic location-short walk/bike ride to beach! Well stocked with towels/washcloths, cleaning supplies and paper products. Overall a very comfortable house for the price. Would stay again for sure!

Wonderful experience

We had a fantastic week in Kiawah with 4 adults and one infant. The cottage was as described, full of what we needed to relax, cook and just enjoy Kiawah. We look forward to staying again!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The beach was just a short walk away. We loved the house, which was equipped with everything we needed and the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything we wanted

When we walked in the unit, it had a faint smell of bleach and we knew right away that the unit had been thoroughly cleaned. In other rentals that we’ve gotten through realtors we have had to clean it ourselves before settling in. The beds were comfortable, the layout was perfect. There was a short walk to the beach. BTW, it was one of the cleanest beaches I have ever been to. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well stocked. The community was quiet and we loved the deck and porch that was part of the unit. And lastly, the host was ready and available with answers to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We loved the cottage it was the perfect size for two couples and an infant! Having the third full bath was a plus! Location was great, a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed some local golf (incredible courses!) and some sightseeing in Charleston. The cottage was clean and updated - the property manager was very accessible when needed, and we thoroughly enjoyed some quiet family time.

Great location, great condo

We just spent a very nice week on Kiawah Island. The condo was very nice and roomy, well equipped and ideally located: 3 mins walk from the beach, in a very quiet cul-de-sac. It is about 45mins from downton Charleston, via a very pretty road. A large convenience store is just minutes away for day to day grocery shopping. Great place to stay for family vacation!

Ideal location in Kiawah

Wonderful week long stay in this beautiful beach cottage. The kitchen was spacious and bright. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave the whole family privacy and plenty of room to get ready for dinner after a day at the beach. The location and easy walk to the beach and pool were perfect! Having a gas grill and large patio made dinners in easy and fun. Great updated communication and suggestions from the property manager.

Wonderful Location and Property

The house is on a cul de sac and was very quiet. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything a family would need to whip up meals. And there's even a wine fridge for the adult beverages! The beds were comfortable and the three updated bathrooms made getting cleaned up a breeze. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning again in the future!

Fun beach werk

The house location and amenities were all up to par and accurate as stated. We rented bikes and loved riding all around the island. There are multiple types of restaurants to choose from and easy access to groceries. Wish we had known about all the family activities at Night Heron Park before Wednesday of our week. Great fun for kids!!

Perfect Getaway

This cottage was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Just a short walk to pool and beach. We cook while on vacation, and found the kitchen to have everything we need, including a sharp knife which sounds silly, but almost never found in a vacation rental!

Beautiful, clean, lovely place to stay!

Our family spent a week on Kiawah at this cottage. It's a five minute walk to the beach and three minutes to the pool. We have stayed at many VRBO rentals over the years in many cities and this was the cleanest property we've ever stayed in. The bathrooms have all been nicely renovated and the whole place is very tastefully decorated. It was quiet and relaxing. Our family of five loved staying here and we would recommend it to other travelers. Susie was quick to respond to emails and the place was so nice we had no issues while we were there so we didn't need to contact her during our stay for anything. We hope to be back one day!

Wonderful home close to the beach and pool

This is a lovely place -- clean, comfortable, spacious, and attractively furnished. The location is great. - a quick walk to the pool and beach. The kitchen was very well-stocked, and there were beach chairs, an awning, and a cart under the house. The guys loved the outdoor shower. It's up on the main floor just outside the front door. We all loved the screened porch. An added treat: all the showers (three inside!) had great water pressure! We rode our biles 1.5 miles down the beach and saw dolphins at the tip of the island. BTW, if you're a biker, be sure to go online to get the Kiawah bike map.

Great location

This cottage was great. We used to stay in a larger house on the East side of the island. There is no need for that anymore. This cottage was perfect for our family of five. Very roomy. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Clean. Well stocked. Susie, property manager, was amazing to work with. Ask her about seeing the dolphins! The location of the cottage is perfect in regards to walking to the beach and the pool. It is also at the end of the street so no through traffic. It was quiet all week. We would definitely stay here again.

Not bad…but…

3.5 stars: The location of this cottage is great- convenient to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The property manager was so nice and quick to respond. We did have a few issues- the master bed was extremely hard and SO uncomfortable. One of the showers was scalding hot and would not cool down, the kitchen table chairs (different than pictured) were broken and wobbly and the kitchen was missing a few standard amenities- pot holders, etc. We found multiple huge palmetto bugs crawling through the house as well. Overall, not bad- but would hope they look into some of the above.

We purchased our cottage on Kiawah Island in summer of 2005, and I began renting it on VRBO during the weeks we were not able to enjoy Kiawah ourselves. In 2007, a friend on nearby Seabrook Island asked me if I would help her rent her villa also. Since I loved helping people plan their vacations in the area, I obtained my South Carolina Property Manager's License and began a business - Kiawah By Owner.
