Hermosa cabaña en el pintoresco río Wisconsin / Lago Wisconsin

Hermosa y espaciosa cabaña ubicada en el pintoresco río Wisconsin. Disfruta de la naturaleza con todas las comodidades del hogar. Impresionantes vistas de agua de 180 grados desde la casa y la terraza. Nuestra casa está ubicada justo encima del lago Wisconsin en el río Wisconsin. Tenemos un muelle de 20 'para pescar y disfrutar de la vista o traer su bote. El lanzamiento del bote está a solo ½ milla por el camino. Disfrute paseando en bote río abajo hasta el lago Wisconsin o hacia las islas de bancos de arena con playas de arena para divertirse y relajarse todo el día (se proporcionan juguetes de arena). Hay una hoguera para fogatas nocturnas, parrilla para barbacoas y cenador proyectado para relajarse.

El tercer dormitorio tipo loft con vista a la gran sala y al río tiene 2 camas individuales. También hay un futón tamaño queen. Ropa de cama incluida. Solo toma tu toalla de playa y ven.
Disfruta de nuestra hermosa ubicación frente al mar o explora nuestras atracciones locales. Ubicado cerca de la diversión llena Wisconsin Wisconsins (30 minutos) con parques acuáticos y atracciones de clase mundial. Disfrute de una excursión de juegos de azar en el casino Ho Chunk (25 minutos). Camina y disfruta del impresionante paisaje en el parque estatal Devil Lake (30 minutos). Visite la International Crane Foundation que alberga todas las especies de grullas (25 minutos). Alquile canoas o kayaks en T&G Canoe (608-617-0998 wildwiscowaters @ gmail.com) y lo recogerán y lo llevarán río arriba y podrá remar hasta la cabaña. Burhops (a unos 10 minutos) alquila pontones y barcos de pesca en el lago Wisconsin (608-592-4802). Explore el centro natural de MacKenzie con exhibiciones de animales nativos (15 minutos).

La cabaña se encuentra a poca distancia del Hookers Restaurant & Bar con excelente parrilla, sus propios filetes y música en vivo casi todos los fines de semana.

Tenga en cuenta que ponemos nuestro muelle cuando el nivel del agua es normal (generalmente a principios de junio). Preferimos alquilar de sábado a sábado de Memorial Day a Labor Day. We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was very peaceful and felt secluded - especially with the sandbar across the river making it feel like you were really out in nature. The cabin was stocked with everything that you would need. We really appreciated all of the notes that the owner had posted that explained how to operate things and where to find things. The binder provided excellent information on nearby activities and resources. Overall, we had an excellent time and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful river views

We loved the gorgeous river views and quiet neighborhood. The house was comfortable and well-stocked. We loved that the location was an easy drive to lots of places - the Dells, Baraboo, Madison.

Great location. Easy access. Many activities close by. One of the most stocked kitchens of all of the properties we have stayed at. Small appliances, cutlery, dishes, pans, and sharp knives etc.

Wonderful place to celebrate our Badger Grad

Stunning and so spacious! And incredibly peaceful! We wanted to find a place for our family to all stay together for spring UW Graduation weekend. While this property was not in Madison, the proximity and ease of traveling to and from Madison was simple. This was the perfect place for us!

Always a great stay

This was our fourth year in the house and John and Jen continue to make it a great place to rent. They are always helpful if you have any questions and it's always well kept up and very peaceful and quiet. Thanks again!!

Wonderful Wisconsin Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It has beautiful views of the Wisconsin River and was close to everything we wanted to see or do. There was room for all of us, plenty of towels, the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes we needed. The cabin's owners were very kind and responsive to any questions we had during our trip. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Cabin on the river

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated that it was pet friendly. The view of the river from the living room is wonderful. We were disappointed that the back yard and dock were unusable due to heavy rains causing the river to flood the yard but realize this was beyond the control of the home owner. Host communication was very good. We would stay again!

Very nice cabin on the river!

Nice little scenery and cabin. Hosts were very accommodating...couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend if you're in that area. Will book again if life brings us out that way again.

Cozy cottage in wooded Wisconsin

Our stay included a senior couple for the week. The weekend included a son and daughter in law and 4 grandkids. The home was very comfortable and clean. The kids had room to explore. All bedrooms were upstairs except for a futon in the laundry room. The path to the main door to enter was gravel. Spacious family room, kitchen very equipped and plenty of dining space. The owners were easy to reach and very accommodating.

Another great stay

This is our third year in a row staying at the house and it was another wonderful experience. It's quiet, but close enough to get places like Madison and the Dells. The Roku wasn't working but John and Jen were right on it and ordered a new one but when it was delayed, John brought out one a couple of days later and put it in. They are both very helpful and respond very quickly to any needs. The house is amazing, the two refrigerators are a real plus, and the bed is very comfortable. The water level was low so hard to get on the dock as the bridge was steeper for older people:) The river does go up and down but still so serene to be on it and always enjoy our time. Thanks much!!

Great place to stay!

We had 5 adults and 3 kids visit the Dells in July, this was a nice place to return to everyday. There was plenty of space for us. Beds were comfy. We came back and made dinner several nights and kitchen had everything we needed. We used the grill as well. We enjoyed fires in the evening and neighbors were nice. Kids enjoyed playing on the dock and looking for toads. Washer and dryer are older so they do run a little slow, but they got the job done. There is a small park and restaurant nearby. We brought our own but they did have soap and shampoo in each bathroom, plenty of towels (even had some beach towels we were able to use), plenty of extra bedding in closets. There are lots of notes around the house letting you know how to run things (lights, TV, fireplace, etc). Only thing I could see being a problem is all bedrooms are upstairs so if you had someone that doesn't do stairs well, they would have to use the futon in the laundry room to sleep on. (my son slept on it and had no problems). We would def stay again if we return to the area.

Relaxing and enjoyable

Beautiful location. Wonderful windows overlooking the river. Enjoyed the beach about 20 minutes away as well as a boat day. Enjoyed the log cabin feel. The neighbors were very nice and got to enjoy kayaking down the river as well. Thank you for the stay.

Great adventure

Lots of adventuring all the hidden beaches always able to walk across to mutiple islands. The house and views amazing. 2 years in a row have been awesome. I love it!!!!. Sandy beaches and islands anywhere. Highly recommended

Peaceful cabin on the Wisconsin River

This cabin sits right on the Wisconsin River and has beautiful views from the living room’s large windows overlooking the river. There is an island directly across and a larger channel on the other side of the island, which most of the boat traffic uses, so the smaller channel that the cabin is on is quiet and very peaceful. From the cabin, we saw fish, deer, turtles, frogs and toads. The cabin was great base for many activities in the area (Devils Lake, Mirror Lake and water parks).

Exploring The Wisconsin Dells Area

This house was absolutely what we wanted. A nice quiet place to spend the evening while exploring the Wisconsin Dells area during the day. The view from the living area was peaceful and serene. Our son and daughter in law were staying with my husband and me. We had room enough that we were not tripping over each other or getting in each others way. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots pans, mixing bowls...everything you would have in your own home. If we ever decide to come back we will definitely stay in this house.

Perfect place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The "cabin" was so well outfitted with what you'd hope to find from linens to kitchen tools and dishes. Two full sized refrigerators were great as well. This is a very nice rental indeed. It felt as though we were on the water as the large picture windows display the Wisconsin River flowing by as you sit in the comfortable living room. Highly recommend this and want you to know the owners were excellent to work with.

We discovered Lake Wisconsin and the Wisconsin River in 2002. We would trailer our boat to the lake and go up river where all the beautiful views, wildlife and sandbars are. When we spotted this home from the river we were taken in by the breathtaking views and great location. We love it and our families love it. It feels like a vacation every time we visit.
