My family and I booked this condo for an October stay and we loved it! We had enough room for 2 toddlers and 5 adults. We utilized the 2 pull out beds and they worked great for 2 adults. There were plenty of sheets and towels for all of us. The weather wasn’t great for our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities, but we still enjoyed the ocean view. The place was very clean and well kept and spacious for all of us. Scott was very accommodating and communicated well with us throughout our stay. I would recommend staying here to anyone! Definitely good with kids. Highly recommend and would stay again!

What an amazing condo in North Topsail Beach! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. The condo was beautiful, exactly as shown in the listing, well equipped, the beds super comfortable and the communication with Scott was exceptional.

The pictures do not do this place justice, the view is outstanding!! The community is so cool; pools, playground, restaurants, and an ice cream shop! The community is also located in a quiet area, shops are close by but not too close. We had such an amazing time, the beach was steps away, we even saw dolphins one morning! The owners communication is top tier, any questions we had were immediately answered. The condo is also located right next to the elevator so it was super easy bringing our bags in and out. Perfect for a family with a kiddo or two who need their own room or two families meeting for a beach weekend like we did! Everything you’d need for the beach is provided, there were plenty of chairs! We can’t wait to go back!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! The views were absolutely breathtaking—pictures don’t do them justice. The space was spotless, well cared for, and had everything you could possibly need for a beach trip, which made it so easy to just relax and enjoy our time.What really stood out was the host’s hospitality. They were incredibly accommodating, even working around our schedule with an upcoming storm to make sure we could get the most out of our short stay. That extra effort meant so much to us and really made the trip special.I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and welcoming beach getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Very Happy

Our family was looking for a place to stay with our 5 teens. This was an excellent choice. I have nothing but great things to say about the property owners, they were fantastic and extremely helpful and prompt to answer any questions.The condo itself was amazing. All photos are completely accurate! Great space for the 7 of us. Excellent view, we loved drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings. I also loved that we could see the kids in the ocean and didn't feel like we needed to be right there on the beach with them. The condo had everything you can imagine. I honestly didn't realize they had so many supplies that we literally only needed to bring clothes!!! The boys loved the boogie boards and we all loved having the beach towels and chairs (great quality). We also loved having such a large table to all enjoy dinner and games together. The beds were wonderful! Extremely nice bedding and pillows!!! The pull out couches were just as great!The only downside was that there was only one working elevator and we were on the 4th floor. It was frustrating to say the least and the elevator took a long time. However, I wouldn't say in any way that it was a deal breaker.We loved it here and can not wait to head back. We will be booking again for sure!Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Wonderful place to stay.

This place was very nice the owners had everything we needed for an at home feeling. Everything you need for a great time inside the home as well as everything you need at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
