The cozy bedrooms feature a queen bed and 2 twin beds, perfect for a small family, a couple's getaway or a fishing retreat Large open floor plan for easy living with living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with island. Enjoy the serene surroundings and unwind in the lovely bathroom equipped with a bidet and shower. Whether you're relaxing in the cozy living room, the breezy screened back porch or exploring the outdoor river front views on the dock, this gorgeous property is the ideal escape for guests seeking tranquility. The fire pit allows for relaxing evenings under the stars. Guest are welcome to enjoy the water on 2 hard plastic paddle boards provided for your use at your own risk or the public boat ramp is a short distance down the road, so bring your boat, kayak or canoe and moor it at the cottage's private dock. This perfect spot to enjoy coffee and sunrises or cocktails and sunsets from the screen porch, outside patio or dock. Central air conditioning and new full size washer & dryer to make your stay comfortable. 20 minutes from Historic Downtown Sanford and the Orlando/Sanford International Airport and local beaches within short drives. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

We LOVED staying here! Host is very thoughtful with clean details and the home is comfortable cute! The river is spectacular and we had our best Vrbo experience here!!! We didn’t want to leave and highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time at the Cozy Euphoric cottage. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The screened in porch was a favorite place to relax, but for the best view of the river, the dock can’t be beat. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use it, but there’s a fire pit overlooking the river, as well. A beautiful, relaxing place. We’ll be back!

The inside of the house was very cute. It had everything you would need. I contacted the host a few times and she was always helpful. the lake was beautiful; I was on the dock from the time I woke up until we needed to leave. The house was so clean . We played provided games and the beds were very comfy. The only downfall during the stay was the neighbors-you share a drive way with them and the first night they came home loud at 2:30am and were again outside at 4am. Also another night they came home late outside and could hear them again.

Jessica’s cabin updates your grandparents old camp with modern plumbing, soft beds and towels, and hvac without losing any bit of the easy breezy charm, family atmosphere, and contact with nature. It is bright and clean and full of carefully organized and curated amenities, some of which I believe may have been chosen for my group specifically (surprise NASA socks were a huge hit for the 10 year old in town to watch a rocket launch!). We found everything as expected and more and we could not have been happier with our home base for a week of adventure. We saw an incredible array of wildlife including a barred owl, red tailed hawks, alligators, spoonbills, herons of several sorts, limpkins, and passing manatee! We caught bluegill, catfish, and largemouth bass from the dock. Thank you for sharing such an amazing spot with us!

Our host was very responsive and accommodating to our group’s needs. The cottage was very cozy and included all items needed for meal prep in the kitchen, sleeping in the two bedrooms, and bathroom needs. The screened porch was nice for stormy moments. Two fishing poles were a nice touch that our kids enjoyed using off the dock. We would highly recommend staying in the cottage and its hosts. Our stay was very enjoyable.

This property was a great find. Jessica made sure the house was stocked with things you might use in the kitchen, as well as a toiletries basket with things you might have forgotten. We were there for a field hockey showcase at Boombah (which is just 15 minutes away) and she bought my daughter field hockey themed socks. It was such a thoughtful touch.
