Living space

The open-concept layout keeps things comfortable and connected. Settle into the sectional sofa, pull up something to watch on the smart TV, and let the pace of the trip slow down. A private entrance means you come and go on your own terms, and the single-level layout makes the whole home easy to move through.

 

Kitchen & dining

The galley kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use - refrigerator, stove, oven, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, toaster, and a hot water kettle are all here. A dedicated coffee station and coffee are on hand for your mornings, and a cocktail set is ready for evenings. The dining table gives you a proper place to sit down and eat together.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has two double beds. Between the two rooms, the home comfortably sleeps up to seven guests. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and a mosquito net are included throughout.

 

Backyard

The private backyard is where this home comes into its own. Fire up the BBQ grill for an alfresco dinner, gather around the fire pit as the evening cools down, and take your time with it. Beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are also provided for days out on the water.

 

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - everything you need without having to think about it.

 

Laundry & extras

A washer and dryer are available on-site. The home also includes an iron, hangers, clothing storage, and all the essentials - towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. Families traveling with children will find books and toys, children's dinnerware, and board games already here.

Blue Spring State Park is 2.9 miles away - a three-minute drive - making it easy to catch a manatee sighting or spend a morning on the water. Stetson University is 5.6 miles away (about 12 minutes), and Orlando is roughly 34 miles out, a 30-35 minute drive. Daytona Beach is also within reach for a day trip. Free parking is available both in the garage on-site and on the street. Self check-in via smart lock keeps arrival simple whenever you get in.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home. This includes all interior spaces, the private backyard, and the one-car garage. Enjoy seamless and secure self check-in with a smart lock. Your unique access code will be provided prior to your arrival, allowing for flexible check-in anytime after 4:00 PM.Guests get access code and they are able to check-in at any time at their convenience.

Shared Backyard: This property is a duplex and sits on a half-acre lot with a spacious shared backyard. While it's rare for both units to use the yard simultaneously, please be mindful that the space is shared. Your unit has its own private fire pit, grill, and seating area for your exclusive enjoyment.



Starter Supplies: We provide an initial supply of essentials to get you started. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional items. We provide:
