This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a twin XL size trundle, a sitting area, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
• A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. Dog waste bags are provided in a courtesy basket within the home and must be used and properly disposed of when taking a dog outside.
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles, passes will be provided in the unit upon arrival. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• This home is a lower-level walk-down unit with 16 steps required.
• Portable crib provided.

• No items can be above the bed of the truck or cars. This includes tool boxes, kayaks.
• No vehicle wraps or commercial vehicles.
• No dually trucks.
• No over size vehicles.
• No trailers other than boat trailers.
