Esta hermosa casa, casi nueva, decorada con buen gusto, frente al lago se encuentra a pocos metros de la costa de Little Sebago y cuenta con mucho sol y espectaculares puestas de sol. Desde la habitación familiar del sótano, la propiedad es plana al agua. La playa conduce a una entrada poco profunda y un muelle. Puedes traer tu propio bote a motor; Suministramos una canoa y 2 kayaks y chalecos salvavidas. El gran patio cubierto de hierba es ideal para croquet y otros juegos de patio. Hay dos grandes mesas de picnic y sillas de jardín. Disfrute de los fuegos nocturnos alrededor de la fogata.

The house has a casual feel which we liked as we had 3 generations together. With two living rooms, there was plenty of room for puzzle making, children preparing dance shows and just hanging out together. The large yard was great for playing games and the sand toys, kayaks and paddleboards were fun for all. We look forward to return visits.

Amazing property. Unfortunately the washer broke just prior to us arriving and we packed light thinking it was available . Wish some of the light bulbs had been replaced as it was hard to figure out lighting situation!Cove and beach are amazing!! Perfect location on little sebago.

Family getaway

This is the 2 nd time we have rented from Linda and Scott at this property and we are never disappointed. This year we loved the new deck. It is a great lakeside house with lots of space with a big yard and nice waterfront for swimming, boating and jet skiing from their dock. Linda is always great with communication. We had an amazing family vacation with age ranges from 84-23. The property is close to golf courses, other lakes and restaurants and we loved the Songo Queen riverboat on Long Lake this year. We look forward to renting again in the future.

Family Vacation on Little Sebago

We had a wonderful week at Little Sebago with children and grandchildren. The house offers a beautiful view to wake up to each morning and a colorful sunset to watch at the end of each day. The house is clean and very well stocked. The bedrooms have extra beds which made it easy to accommodate our children and their young children. The large sectional sofa provided ample seating for watching the Olympics. The lake front has a gradual water entry which makes it ideal for younger children. There was a SUP and multiple kayaks to use and a dock space for our motor boat. The grassy, flat front yard was perfect for playing corn hole. The deck has several tables and ample chairs which made it easy to have almost every meal outside. The air conditioning made our August stay very comfortable. The concrete block fire pit was not very inviting so we never used it but otherwise we loved our accommodations.

Beautiful lake view and home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and had everything you needed to be comfortable. There was everything needed in the kitchen to cook, plenty of towels/ linens. There was an abundant of outdoor/ indoor seating to accommodate all guests. The lake view from the living room/ outdoor deck was beautiful. The large yard was perfect for my 2 and 4 year old nephews who also loved playing on the large sandy beach. The large dock made it so nice to sit and enjoy the water. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone and will be back agai .

Fantastic Vacation!!!

I cannot say enough about how great our stay was at Linda's house on Little Sabago. We have been vacationing with another family every summer for the last 6+ years and this may have been one of our favorites because of how perfectly the house and location fit our needs. Leading up to the trip we had several questions and Linda promptly answered all of them. When we got to the house it was spotless and ready to go and Linda had a book with everything we needed to know about our stay. The pictures on VRBO do not do the property justice. The house is very nice and well equipped. We were traveling with 4 adults and 4 adult children (17-20) and had plenty of room for everyone. The adults had 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the 2nd floor, the one girl had her own room on the 1st floor with a 1/2 bath, and the 3 boys shared the basement with a bedroom, full bath, and hang out area. They all loved it. The back yard is beautiful with plenty of space for games. The house has a full dock and we were able to bring our boat up to use for the week. They also provided lots of other water toys (paddleboard, kayaks, canoe). The water was beautiful, clear, and warm. Because of the heat we just spent most of our days floating on the tubes and raft we brought with us in between trips out on the boat. What a week. I think you know when you hit the vacation just right is when the young adults, half way through the trip, start asking if coming back next year is a possibility.

Beautiful Lake / Great Location

Very comfortable accommodations, three levels of living space. Close to Pineland Farms mountain bike trails and Freeport. The lake is great for kayaking and large enough for power boating. We saw a golden eagle, more loons than we could count and several other birds. There is also a very large yard / beach area perfect for yard games and roasting marshmallows. Highly recommend.

Family Fun on Little Sebago

We had a great time at the lake. The home fit our needs perfectly. There were plenty of kayaks, canoes, and the large lawn was perfect for games of Cornhole and Frisbee. The large firepit was great for smores and conversation. The hosts are very friendly and reply quickly. There is a lot to do in the area away from the lake as well. We all went away refreshed and loved the lake house.

Little Sebago

We loved our stay. The house is very clean with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and relaxing space for our group of 12. Well stocked kitchen with a grille right outside the door. Can’t say enough about the view of the lake and the nightly sunsets. We rented a boat and spent the week on the lake. Their cove is perfect too for swimming and fishing right off the dock. Would definitely stay here again!

Great House, Great Location, Great Owners

This house was very accommodating and had lots of nice features and amenities. The lake was perfect, and it was wonderful to have access to kayaks and paddle boards. Linda & Scott were very responsive to questions, etc. My family really enjoyed staying here...thanks so much, Linda & Scott!

Family vacation

Lake Life

The location of this lake house is perfect. The front yard and beach area allow for many hours of outdoor games. Indoors there was plenty of space for our family of 8. A few things need a little TLC, but that is consistent with a rental that not all renters respect and treat as their own. The owners were very available to any concerns we had, but they were few. Lots of linens and the kitchen has everything you need. Thank you Linda and Scott for a great week.

Great week at the lake

We had a fabulous time with our Family enjoying This beautiful setting on the lake. We played lots of games both inside and outside and enjoyed the water. Family meals prepared in the spacious and well stocked kitchen. So many amenities were provided We had everything we needed! And we had the most beautiful sunsets!

Family Fun Time

Everything You Need for A Great Lake Vacation

The lake house was everything it was advertised to be. A great house with all the creature comforts of home, and all the things you need to enjoy the lake. Our boys made great use of the paddleboards, and we loved exploring the lake in the kayaks, and enjoying the sunsets over the lake from the deck. The lower level walkout to the beach made it easy for everyone to access the private beach. A great week at a great house!.

Family vacation

We had a great time at Scott and Linda’s lake house. We had 3 generations with us and the house had plenty of room for all of us including a large table for our meals, which was important for me. The beach front was great with paddle boards and kayaks. We are definitely hoping to rent again next summer.

Summer 2021 vacation

We have sought out lake residents for our family for the last six years. This home was great for a variety of ages and varied activities. We had plenty of room for lawn games and really enjoyed the canoe, kayaks,and paddle boards. The sunscreen canopy was a big plus on our stay. We had close encounters with loons, otter,duck, and blue heron! What’s not to love!

Exceptional stay

We had such a great time at this property. Scott and Linda were very responsive and helped us with ensuring there was appropriate children supplies for us. The kayaks, canoe, and stand up paddle boards got a lot of use. There was so much here we didn't even get a chance to enjoy it all! Highly recommend.

We live in Falmouth, Maine, about 1/2 hour from our lake house. We have been renting vacation homes since our now-grown kids were little and wanted to buy something close to home which we can share with our family and other renters. We feel we've found the perfect lake house close to all Maine has to offer.
