Nestled just 1/2 mile from Snow Summit, less than a mile from the vibrant village, and within walking distance to numerous restaurants and coffee shops. No need to stress about parking; there’s room for up to 3 cars.

Our family-owned 1940`s bungalow is an inviting blend of old and new. The Cosmic Brownie has been tastefully updated to provide modern comforts while preserving its original charm.

Sleeping arrangements-
Bedroom 1- King Bed
Bedroom 2- Queen Bed
Bedroom 3- Two sets of bunk beds

This cozy Big Bear cabin includes a recently upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Plus, we’ve dialed up the comfort factor with brand new mattresses!

Step outside onto the spacious back deck, where you’ll find a barbecue ready for entertaining, a propane fire table to warm you up and a brand new hot tub to take your relaxation to the next level. This sun-soaked spot is perfect for unwinding after a thrilling day of adventures.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Code, noise heard at the property line at any point during your stay can result in a $500 fine.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Code, parking is limited to 3 cars and must be parked in the driveway. Parking on the street or exceeding the number of vehicles permitted can result in a $500 fine and eviction.

By booking this stay, all guests release the management company and owner of the property from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
General House Rules:
- No Smoking
- Please let us know if you plan to bring a service pet
- Children under 18 should be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Children should be properly educated regarding the proper use of bunk beds
- Please remove shoes and boots before entering the cabin

Departure:
- Turn thermostat down to 55 or Eco mode.
- Remove all leftover food and beverages from the refrigerator and cabinets before leaving.
Place all dirty towels and dishtowels on the floor in laundry room before departing.
- Avoid placing stove hot surfaces on kitchen counter.
- Wash all dishes before leaving.
- Shut the flue to the fireplace by grabbing the handle and pushing it out and up until it locks into place. Additionally, make sure to clean fireplace ashes and place ashes in metal can labeled ‘ashes only’ located to the right of the fireplace. Dispose of ashes at Clean Bear Site #1 and Return Can. There are separate trash bins for ashes.


Fireplace Rules:
- Open Flue to fireplace before lighting fire.
- Do not overfill fireplace. Fireplace is built for a maximum of 3 logs. Anything over that and you are running the risk of damaging the fireplace and creating a fire danger.
- Close flue to fireplace upon departing.
- Upon departure make sure to clean fireplace into metal bin labeled ‘ashes only’
