You will enjoy staying in our spacious 1450 sqft. newly renovated Garden home w/ new appliances and porcelain flooring. Soft and comfy clean bedding & towels I guarantee this will be the cleanest, most comfortable place.

Excellent stay

This home was beautiful inside. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Plenty of space in the common areas and bedrooms. Modern decor and appliances. Only drawback was a pretty steep driveway. Owner was pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this beautiful property.

Very Clean House

I clean houses for a living and I was extremely impressed with how clean everything was! The house is very nice and had all the accommodations you could need. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pensacola.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, quiet, and well equipped. The host was extremely pleasant, cordial, and helpful. We had all the conveniences of home. We will definitely stay again.

Great lil spot.

We were in town meeting with kids and grandkids for the week and it was a great stay, nice clean location, only complaint is that if you wanted to cook meals the cooking utensils were dollar store cheap and not great to work with, but I understand that you may not want to go crazy on expensive stuff but maybe a lil less flimsy. Beds were nice and comfy and plenty of hot water for our group

Good Potential

Pros: great location/neighborhood, house was in good shape, rooms were good size and furnished well, no issues with check in or problems with host or property.Cons: no laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent or shampoo/soap for shower. Driveway is very steep. Non of the cons were a big deal for us, but may want to mention these in the listing so people can be prepared (especially if they arrive late and can not get to the store right away).

Great place with access to everything

This was a great place for our family to stay. Lovely house that is larger than the pictures suggest, with good kitchen and living room space and a good layout. The beds were all comfortable, the restrooms clean and spacious, and the seating for family get-together enjoyable. All of the appliances are great and up-to-date. Some of the kitchen implements were a touch flimsy, but most were quality and perfect for cooking and eating. The location was good, easy access to I-110 to get anywhere in the area quickly. The street feels further from a busy road than it is. The only real challenges were a keypad that was a bit glitchy (for which the hosts were in immediate and helpful contact) and a driveway steep enough that we preferred to park on the street. When we visit Pensacola in the future we will look this house up again.

Tiny garage

Very ill-equipped kitchen. Ended up buying several items so that we could cook a variety of meals since we would be here 2 months.The picture of the driveway does not represent the steepness nor the tiny size. I’m sure many guests would not even attempt to park in the garage.The house itself is lovely. The owners are very responsive. The neighborhood is very noisy, right off a major thoroughfare.In spite of its many good points we would not stay here again.

Very clean place

My wife and I were visiting my parents. I grew up in Pensacola on Bayou Texar. This location is very close to any shopping needs and, of course, is as close to the beach as most other listings on this side of town. We come down and rent with our two dogs and often with our two adult children and this house would be very comfortable if we had our kids and their significant others, which we did not have this time. There is no easily accessible back yard for dogs of ours size, but it was not an issue for us. The house was very clean. That is something that is important to us and we have experienced a wide variety of cleanliness with Pensacola rentals. This place was very clean. No ice maker, but there were plenty of ice trays, which worked fine for us. Parking was not an issue and the check-in was very easy. The garage was handy for loading and unloading. Being from this town, we typically rent in other areas that are more suited to where we are visiting, but this is very convenient to shopping and we rented this at the last minute. Check-out instructions were non-existent, but we did what we typically do on check-out. Communication with the hosts was quick and that was a plus. Any prospective renters here on vacation for the beach would be happy with this place.
