Reservation Policies

Check-In / Check-Out

Door codes are shared at 4:00 PM. Check-in is from 4:00–11:00 PM only. Arrivals after 11:00 PM are a violation of house rules, as assistance is only available during 8:00 AM–12:00 AM.

Early check-in, late check-out, or early bag drop are subject to availability.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Reservation changes must be submitted before 10:00 AM each day (our system does not allow changes after this time).

Deposits and Registration
4. An incidentals deposit of $200 is required after booking. Door codes will not be released until both the deposit and registration are completed.
5. The deposit is refunded 3–7 days after checkout, unless damages or penalties apply. If damages exceed $200, claims will be submitted through Airbnb’s Resolution Center.
6. Registration is mandatory. All guests must submit valid IDs and complete the process (including credit card scan). Failure to complete registration and deposit requirements will result in reservation termination with no refund.

Complaints and Departures
7. All complaints must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in.
8. Departures must be reported immediately to ensure calendar availability and proper resolution. For early departures, please submit an alteration request so unused nights can be approved for refund.
9. No courtesy refunds are provided. If you request a full refund, you must check out immediately and submit an alteration for early departure. Only unused nights may be refunded, and any additional courtesy will be considered case by case.

Housekeeping and Amenities
10. Requests for extra cleanings or amenities must be made at least 24 hours in advance (between 4:00 PM–12:00 AM) and no later than 10:00 AM on the day of service.

House Rules

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: Any time after 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM (late check-out without authorization will incur a full night-rate penalty, deducted from the security deposit)

No check-in allowed on Saturdays. No check-out allowed on Saturdays.

Quiet Hours and Conduct

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Parties and events are strictly prohibited

$250 penalty if noise, parties, or inappropriate behavior require a police callout (rental will be terminated without refund)

Smoking Policy

Smoking inside the property is prohibited

$300 penalty + dismissal from the rental without refund

Trash and Cleanliness

$100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance

Use the large building trash cans once your bins are full

Please do not flush paper towels, wipes, or trash down the toilet—use the trash can

Care of the Property

Damage to the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated charge from your deposit or booking account

At checkout: turn off lights, A/C, water, and stove/gas; lock the door securely

Penalties
All penalties will be automatically withdrawn from your security deposit and/or booking account.
