Up the grand staircase from the foyer are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, each with their own unique feel: The Sound View Primary Suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and sliding doors opening to a private balcony; a huge marble ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, shower, and jacuzzi tub overlooking the Sound. Secondly, a spacious, covered terrace just off the Great Room has comfortable lounge seating for plenty and sweeping water views- ideal for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Lastly, a large private balcony off of the primary bedroom has 2 comfy chairs and a small table. The views of the sunsets, the Sound and the night sky are unforgettable. Plus, enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

*Fully Stocked Shed*
Stock the beach-cart with whatever the day requires: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, Kadima racquet set, Giant Badminton, sand toys, beach towels, Turkish towels, water shoes. Also: 2 adult bikes, 1 kid's bike, helmets, Cornhole, and a (safe!) axe-throwing game.
