Panoramic Water Views, Plunge Pool, Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Walk to Beach

Returning Guests - new additions in 2025: Soake plunge pool, additional sleep space within office, new landscape across the property and a mini basketball court surface coming in June.

Perfect two/three family share house as all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms! 3 king suites and a bunk room + office with 6 twin beds.

On the main floor you will find a living room with electric fireplace, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating (seats 4), an eat-in kitchen nook (seats 4), a formal dining room (seats 10) and a half bathroom. There is second living space with games, foosball & shuffleboard to keeps kids (and adults) entertained. A home office with day bed + trundle and a bunk room (4 twins) with en-suite bathroom complete the floor.

Upstairs you will find the three remaining bedrooms. the primary bedroom stretches the length of the house with incredible views. This holds a king bed, seating area, small work space and private deck. The en-suite master bathroom has a steam shower, jacuzzi tub and dual sinks. Across the hall are the final two guest bedrooms that each have king beds and their own individual en-suite bathrooms.

Outside is an entertainers paradise with a large patio deck that has multiple zones including a dining area (seats 10), sun loungers and seating suitable for watching sunsets. There are multiple umbrellas and an electronic awning. Outside fun includes a 13 x 7 Soake plunge pool, hot tub (available year round), bbq, fire pit and water toys (kayaks, standup paddle boards, Lilly pad) that can be launched from a sandy creek entry point or off one of two docks.

Minutes away are all the great vineyards, farms, restaurants and breweries that the North Fork is well known for.

In addition you are steps away from the soft sands of Goose Creek Beach. This is family oriented with very temperate water. Bring the available beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys etc. and spend the day or go for a sunrise/sunset walk or run.

Picture perfect property

Our entire group thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the North Fork. The house was clean and modern, the views and outdoor area were picture perfect, and the location was so convenient to many activities and attractions. 10/10 would stay again!

Wonderful weekend with my wife and 2 adult children. House was beautifully maintained inside and out. We took full advantage of plunge pool, hot tub and kayaks. Cooking dinner was great using the grill and the well stocked modern kitchen. Location was perfect… all day on the bay & close to vineyards, golf and town for coffee and snack runs.

Wonderful Stay

The master bedroom was amazing, great kitchen and we had a wonder time on the back deck even in March in NY! The views are wonderful. We spent lots of time visiting by the gas fireplace. Host communications were timely and responsive. Very peaceful visit.

Perfect Setting

The property was FANTASTIC. We had a group of long time friends and we needed a setting we all could enjoy. The indoor/outdoor experience was perfect and the house was beautiful. The location work perfect and the host was incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend it!

Perfect house for a winery weekend getaway!

Can’t say enough great things about this house and property! The house is spotlessly clean, the furniture comfortable and updated. A group of 9 friends in our 30s stayed for a long weekend to tour the wineries and there was more than enough room for all of us to relax, sleep and get ready throughout the house. The kayaks and hot tub were fabulous activities as well. We will be back next year!

Excellence on the North Fork

This was our second year at this property and once again it surpassed our expectations. We've used this property for family reunions each year and have had a great time each year. There is something for everyone no matter your age. The house is stocked with everything you need for relaxing and enjoying "time away". The kitchen is really impressive with gourmet level appliances and every pot, pan, utensil you'll ever need. There are games for kids and adults and the water toys are extensive...from paddle boards to kayaks. You have two docks on the property and the beach is a 5 min. walk. There are life jackets, beach toys, and fishing gear. Literally, all you have to do is show up. The deck is fun for outdoor dining or watching the sunset with a glass of wine. The North Fork is loaded with wineries, fresh vegetable stands, organic farms and some really good restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property and hopefully will stay there again next year!

Beautiful house - very clean and well kept

House is beautiful - clean - well appointed- Owner was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating - We used the house mainly as a home base for our son's wedding weekend but would definitely consider renting again to relax and enjoy this beautiful space with a gorgeoous views!! Phenomenal home and location!

We were in town for a wedding. This is a beautiful property from the inside, to the deck, to the back yard over looking the water. House was clean, very nice inside and beds extremely comfortable. We had 4 couples and we all loved it. My one complaint was that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the house. Thanks for the great experience Caroline!

Great Trip

I came to this property for a quick last minute getaway with my 2 sisters and 4 nieces. The pictures do not do it justice, this home is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The area is very peaceful and quiet. The owner Caroline was very responsive and helpful in recommendations of local places to explore. The steam shower in the master bedroom was one of our favorite features and every bedroom in this home had a very comfortable mattress which is usually not the case in rental homes in my experience. If I had one suggestion it would be that the bunk room for the kids shouldn’t be on the first floor. All of the other bedrooms are on the second floor and we weren’t comfortable leaving the kids on another floor alone at night. There were a lot of nice outdoor areas we didn’t get to use since it’s winter, but we did enjoy the hot tub. I will definitely rent this property again and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect friends and family getaway

My family ( 4 ppl + small well trained dog) and our neighbors (3ppl) rented this perfect, luxurious home on the water in Southold, NY. As an experienced VRBO renter, I selected this home for it’s size, location, amenities, upgrades and spaces perfect for a 2 family getaway over thanksgiving during a Pandemic. The house was even nicer than it looks in the pictures. It is bigger and cleaner and nicer than it looks on line! There are so many rooms and places to hang out, together or alone, as a family, as adults, as kids…. Fireplaces, desks, eating areas everywhere! All styled with extraordinary taste. And while I did my usual and brought everything I thought I’d need… from paper towels, to hand towels to toilet paper, to detergent and firewood, the house was loaded full of stuff which is really nice. Even though most houses say they provide… this house provides! Only one other time did a house come through like this for us, and now we return every summer. The extra touches are nice! Like a well stocked fridge on arrival! The house is situated on the water with 2 docks and a humongous deck. The weather was great some of the days, but it being November, we didn’t really sit out. We did enjoy the hot tub a few times. The yard is so pretty and an awesome corner lot. I can only imagine how great it is in the summer. The house is so close to a few towns. We visited Greenport and Southhold as well the outlets about 30min from the house on the way out of town. We did not really eat out as we enjoy cooking, especially in the gourmet kitchen and large dining area the house has. It was also easy for us with 5, 9 and 11 yo kids during Covid. All in all, it was a WONDERFUL stay and we were all sad to leave. The host was very gracious and easy to contact. The home was so comfortable and few very fortunate to have found it and spent thanksgiving together on Bouvet Island! Thanks so much! We hope to return!!!

If you are seeking water views with relaxing views from sunrise to sunset this is it! Close to everything you need in the North Fork but why leave home with everything at your finger tips.

Direct entry to water (sandy beach entry for kayaks) and steps to the softest sand and family beach just down the street. Close to all the great vineyard of the North Fork including Pindar, Croteaux and Matabella.
