The professionally designed living space is both stylish and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a glass-top stove, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, cookware, and utensils. The dining area, with a table for 6, leads to the balcony offering panoramic views of Biscayne Bay—perfect for unwinding and enjoying breathtaking sunsets.
The living room features a cozy full-size sofa bed and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and balcony access. The third bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, closet, and its own full bathroom. You'll also find fresh towels, linens, and complimentary toiletries throughout the condo, along with extra linens for the sofa bed for your convenience.
This home is designed to provide everything you need for a luxurious, comfortable, and unforgettable stay! Upon arrival, please visit the front desk, present your ID (check-in requires guests to be 21+), and provide your unit number so they can confirm your registration and check you in. One of the top-tier amenities is the heated pool, bathed in direct sunlight—perfect for those looking to relax and soak up the Florida sun. A two-story, state-of-the-art gym with panoramic views is available for your fitness needs.

Relax with included towel service, high-speed Wi-Fi, beachside restrooms, and two beach chairs with an umbrella—all at no extra cost. Valet parking is available on-site, and extra chairs or umbrellas can be rented upon arrival for added comfort.
