Step straight onto the sand from this newly remodeled beachfront cottage with private beach stairs, oceanfront deck, and a cozy firepit— The sunsets are breathtaking! Located in a gated community on exclusive Beach Road, you`re just minutes from Dana Point, Laguna, and San Clemente. This single-level home is part of a duplex and ideal for family or group getaways. Swim, surf, spot dolphins, and unwind to the sound of crashing waves.

*Note: This home is located on the water on Beach Road. There are train tracks nearby, so please keep that in mind. For those light sleepers, we do provide earplugs and white noise machines.

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Primary bedroom- 1 King-size bed and TV

Bedroom 2- 1 Queen-size bed

Bedroom 3- 1 Full-size bed, 1 Twin with trundle, and the laundry room

Living Room- Couch, mounted TV, ceiling fan, and new sliders to the patio

NO AC- We have Central HEAT, as most oceanfront homes don`t have AC.

KITCHEN:

A fully stocked kitchen will make you feel like you`re at home. 8-seat dining table.

LIVING:

Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a comfortable sofa, plenty of seating, and a 60` TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.

OUTSIDE:
Enjoy some of the worlds greatest ocean views from your private ocean deck, can`t get any closer..... Enjoy our outdoor seating and take in the fresh ocean breeze from your front row ocean seats! Grill some great steaks with our BBQ, chill on our comfortable outdoor sofa, and light the outdoor firepit!

PARKING - 2 Cars maximum; must be parked in the driveway.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster, and blender.

KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the home`s max occupancy: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials, including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as a can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more.
NO OTHER cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays, or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, a kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and toilet paper.

OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific number of bath and pool towels to accommodate the home`s max occupancy.
The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire home. Accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home throughout your stay. The code changes for every reservation, so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code before arrival, the check-in process is much easier, so you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in is after 4 PM local time, and check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation, but please inquire only the week of your stay. There is no extra fee for early check-in or late check-out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes have keyless entry, and we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for each reservation, making it an incredibly safe alternative. Issuing the code before arrival makes the check-in process much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.


DO YOU HAVE BEACH TOYS, CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS FOR RENTER USE:
Yes, we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No, please bring your own Bluetooth-enabled devices.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No pets allowed

We`re located in the West`s Riviera. Ultra private gated beach front community. There is no point in leaving!

Conveniently minutes from downtown Dana Point, San Clemente, 20 minutes from Laguna Beach, and a close 30 minutes to Newport Beach.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

PARKING- The number of vehicles registered to the home and allowed into the the gate is strictly enforced. Any vehicles over the allotted amount will need to park in the overflow lot adjacent to the security gate and either driven in or the guests can walk in.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS: We`re pet free other then certified emotional support or service animals (Please communicate if you plan on bringing your service/emotional support friend and would appreciate documentation after booking). We do allow some hypoallergenic breeds for a 150 per pet fee. Must be crated or supervised at all times.

Excellent, host easy self-check in plus made sure it was wheelchair accessible for my sister with cerebral palsy and her wheelchair van, easy entrance. The place and view is breathtaking my sister she loved the trip the rooms were very clean so many nice places to eat, safe neighborhood. I can see why it is named toes on the sand this was a once in a lifetime experience to form memories with my family and I thank you for making this possible 10 stars out of 5 thank you! God Bless

The location is quite beautiful, literally right on the water. The condo was very clean and they even had a some games and puzzles which the children loved. The only down side was that we were advised from some locals not to swim in the water as it is somewhat contaminated in that area due to the recent rains.

Property is as advertised - beautiful and quaint. The deck drops right onto a beautiful beach you can walk early in the morning with a cup of coffee. The roaring of the ocean at night is calming. Dana point was fun for food and day trips, and Laguna beach is close. I would highly recommend Captain Dave’s for a whale and dolphin safari. We were fortunate to see a fin whale, hump back whale and a “stampede” of long nose dolphins.

Truly enjoyed our visit with “toes on the sand”! Communication with the host was great. This home was clean and the beach/surf was beautiful. Family had fun body surfing. We enjoyed watching pelicans dive for fish in early mornings and even saw a couple of dolphins swim by. The gas fire pit made for a relaxing evening on the deck.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was friendly, responsive , and very easy to work with throughout the entire stay. One thing we especially appreciated was how well stocked the house was. It had so many useful items and thoughtful touches that made our stay easier and more enjoyable. We highly recommend this beach house and would gladly stay there again in the future!
