RELAXING

Worst vacation experience in Florida EVER

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had no clue people live at vacation rentals. Every time new families brought their children, of course the children would be shouting with glee in excitement to be at the beach, well the residents would come out and go off on everyone to be silent, even called the police.That's not even half of how rude they are. I don't know how this can be advertised as a vacation rental. I paid extra to get the biggest condo, the stay was SOOOOO bad we had to leave early. I literally threw away money to get out of there, it was that bad. Management was aware how awful it was and still didn't offer any reimbursement. It wasn't really the waste of money that made me sad, it was the horrible experience my family had. I brought them all together, thought we'd have a good vacation and enjoy our time together since we only see each other every few years.I didn't bring small children with me and was still treated badly. At one point I got yelled at for talking to my husband on my cell phone. I am going to copy below the email from management so you can read in her words how bad it was. Hi Tessa I wanted to email and say thank you for staying with us and thank you for taking such good care of the Thurman’s condo. I know that this stay was a little strange (kind of an understatement I know) with the resident owners (and they love to butt in) but I hope it doesn’t put you off from staying with us in the future. We have other condominiums along our beaches and would love to have you all return as our guests. I hope you had a safe trip home. Kind regards, Lisa M. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. Spacious and well equipped. It did not face gulf but was on the gulf side of the road. The cleaning was adequate everywhere but in the master bedroom and bath.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was misrepresented. Have rented 2-3 sites/year and this in top 2 worst. No partial view (parking lot view only), no balcony as one was described in initial description, no where to hang damp towels or bathing suits, no window in bedroom, water was scalding hot or freezing most of time, most uncomfortable beds, kitchen was nice. Dining and living room spacious but need updated living furniture. Door is directly in front of elevator so when it's working there lots of noise Chose this because cheapest but could have gotten much better for little more. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned. Wish could say better.
