Looking for a relaxing beach escape without the crowds? You've found it. We're a local Tampa family who enjoy our Indian Rocks Beach retreat as often as we can—and rent it out only a few select months a year. This means our home is lovingly maintained, thoughtfully stocked, and never overused.

* About the Home
Beautifully renovated from top to bottom, our spacious Key West-style 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome also features a den with a twin bed + trundle—perfect for extra guests or kids. All bedrooms include luxury Tommy Bahama mattresses and individual smart TVs for total comfort and entertainment.

Great house and perfect location, lots of things to keep us busy for 10 days. By the end of the week we could walk to beach in about 2 minutes. Hosts are awesome and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Beach Vacation

It was a fantastic beach stay and the house was fully equipped. With 5 adulds and a 4yr old it was the perfect size. Great area, short walk to the beach, nice pool and a cool mexican place around the corner. Not to forget the hosts: super friendly and quick responses.

Family fun in the sun

Thank you so much Todd and Karen for letting us stay at your low volume key west style home. It was a great location and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and we loved our many trips to Jake’s coastal Cantina. We didn’t get to see any manatees or dolphins in the canal but my son and husband did spot a couple of crabs. Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to make new memories. The Dickson family

Recommend!

Cozy get-away spot for up to 5 or 6 adults. This unit is the middle condo overlooking the pool which offered a nice view. Location/parking was great! Owner's desire/willingness to have others enjoy their unit was obvious. Communication was super quick. Previous reviewer suggested an iron and there was one present during our stay. The owner worked with the friendly cleaning lady to allow us to use the pool and bathroom while we waited for our flight. Others have mentioned personal items - it took 30 seconds to place a few things in a cupboard so this really isn't an issue. There are stairs both into and within the unit. Suggestions: 1. Visit the unit before spending money on things like toiletries, condiments or spices. They do have some left by previous visitors if you are comfortable using those.2. A larger pan for boiling water or cooking things like corn would be helpful and also a rubber spatula.3. Ask questions to be sure that the items photographed (ie. kayaks, minnow bucket) are still available if you plan to use them during your trip. Bikes are pictured but not available for use.3. This is our 5th trip to IRB. Recommend Crabby Bill's, Salt Rock Grill, and Kookie Coconut for cuban sandwiches. Avoid Keegan's.4. Surf fishermen - enter the beach by the Kookie Coconut entrance. Go left 4 houses. The trough seems to narrow and is close to a seaweed bed. We had excellent fishing days when others were not catching fish.

Fantastic Location

The best parts; Easy walk to beach, restaurants, and stores. Beautiful & mostly private heated pool. Great beach vibe decor. Comfortable beds & spacious environment. AC works great & ceiling fans everywhere. Kitchen appliances are all good. Big flat screen TVs in all the rooms. Lots of storage. Beach chairs available. Overall experience was very, very good! We noticed a few minor electrical & plumbing opportunities. A little TLC would take this place from a 9 to a 10.

Fantastic location

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The bedroom were comfortable and having the study set up for additional sleeping was perfect for our teen! We absolutely love the ease of walking around Indian Rocks Beach and it made going to the beach so much more enjoyable. The communication with the owner was Amazing and we felt like we were staying at a friend's home. Cant wait to come back!

Good

Everything you need and then some. I was very pleased to see they had things like salt and pepper for us to use. They also had beach carts and chairs although very well used they did come in handy. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Outside areas could use a little TLC but overall was pleased with our stay. A very short walk to the beach, you will wait longer at the light to cross the street then the walking. Many places to walk to eat and shop which was wonderful.

Awesome Location

Nice location and easy to drive too. Many Restaurants within walking range. Had very good communication with the hosts. Had many beach amenities that a lot of rentals I've stayed in before did not. Would definitely stay again.

Went with girl friends for the first 5 days and guys came down for last 5 and it was all wonderful! Great location to walk to everything. Make sure to go to JD’s to dance!😊

Wonderful vacation

We had a great vacation in Florida at this wonderful property. Had plenty of space for our family of four. The location was perfect! We fished off the dock and walked to the beach. Loved the vibe of this condo and all the amenities. There are a few quirky things like the front door and spindle on the stairs but we caught on quickly. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Fantastic location for family!

We had a lovely stay and with little kids it was great being so close to the beach - and also being able to walk to food and the ice cream store. Communication was great even though we were messaging on Thanksgiving, we had some trouble figuring out the lock but our hosts were very responsive. We didn’t get to make use of the pool as it was fairly cold but the location and area were perfect for us and we enjoyed all the beach decor :)

What a wonderful slice of paradise. Walking distance to most things you need, and Largo is just over the bridge for bigger purchases. Stocked with more than even listed and Todd and Karen are so accommodating. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Great stay, everything listed was there. We felt like we where staying at a friends home, but they where not home😎 Our only complaint was the door, it really need’s to be fixed for replaced. Loved the area, wasn’t busy like Clearwater, but the beach is also not groomed like other beaches. We love I R B! Could have also used an iron and ironing board❤️

Great property!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised. We had just a short walk to the beach daily and plenty of things to do within walking distance.

Wonderful property on IRB

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Clean, tastefully decorated, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. Communication with Karen and Todd was easy with quick response time. Pool was quiet and clean. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend to others traveling to IRB. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Spring break

Great location, so close to the beach and on a quiet, dead end road. Condo was decorated great, super modern and comfy. Lots of things for renters to use like paddle boards, kayaks, fishing poles, etc. Pool at the condo was clean and warm too

Great rental in a fun area!

We had a great experience! The property was just as it was listed…clean, open, roomy and perfect for our family of 5. The amenities were wonderful for our kids (pool, basketball hoop, games, etc). Owners were extremely friendly and always prompt with communication. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to vacation in IRB as the location is close to everything you would need!
