Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
Unit 216 is an upstairs, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath oceanfront two-story town home recently renovated in calming neutral and ocean blue colors. As a corner unit with a wrap-around porch, 216 is one of only 2 units in the complex with such a location. This unit offers ocean-only views for those desiring optimal privacy away from the pool courtyard.
When you enter the condo, you step right into a coastal kitchen dreams are made out of, perfect for entertaining with the cute, shiplap island that seats 2.
Right off the kitchen is a large dining area with room for 6.
The light filled living room has two recliners, directly facing that breathtaking view, and a sofa. The sliders lead to a private, wrap around porch. Plenty of room for the whole gang.
Right off the entry is a half bath for guests.
The primary bedroom on the second level with a King bed and en-suite bathroom.
And the secondary bedroom, also upstairs, contains 2 queen beds with a hall-access bathroom.
