The Primary Bedroom has a king-size bed, 40” flat-screen TV, large chest of drawers, two spacious nightstands, and a roomy closet. Floor—to—ceiling glass doors open to the extra-wide balcony and a spectacular view of the emerald Gulf Coast. Have breakfast on the balcony while watching the sunrise and searching for playful dolphins!
The LIVING ROOM offers breathtaking views of the Gulf through 10-foot-high glass doors that lead to the balcony. The spacious room includes a brand new Sleeper Sofa that folds to a queen-size bed with an extra-thick, comfy mattress, a comfortable Love Seat, and a 60 " flat-screen smart TV. Enjoy morning coffee or evening beverages while watching the gorgeous sunset from your Penthouse balcony!
The open and airy kitchen, with its brand-new, beautiful granite countertop, has a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and garbage disposal. It comes with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, and pans. Also provided are linens, blankets, and towels—all the comforts of home. After watching one of the most beautiful sunsets you've ever seen, relax in front of one of our two flat-screen TVs! Plus, a converted pantry gives you extra space for groceries (a feature unavailable in all units).
The granite top bar includes 4 swivel bar stools, and the nearby dining table seats an additional 2 guests.
The 30-foot balcony is the widest of any 1 BR at Tidewater.
Located on the 26th floor, the views are splendid on both sides. Street noise and loud music are minimized at this height. The unit is also set back from the main hallway (more privacy) but near one of the lesser-used elevators.
ABOUT TIDEWATER:
This beautiful resort is right on the beach and is one of the most beautiful high-rise resorts in Panama City Beach. Tidewater’s many amenities include 2 large outdoor pools, 2 outdoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, a FREE movie theater, and a video game arcade. The fitness center and two indoor Roman spas look at the beach’s emerald water. The building has seven high-speed elevators, a Flip Flops convenience store with Starbucks and ice cream by the other pool, an inside bar, a diner, a card room, and much more! Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 6 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in a fine and possible ejection.

I was appreciative we were allowed to check in 2 hours early, due it not being peak season and the POC was very responsive, I didn't feel the condo was clean. There was debris on the floor, markings on the walls, and the air return was extremely dirty. I was offered for cleaning to come to address these issues, however, it was a much anticipated well deserved vacation. I would prefer the condo to be thoroughly cleaned prior to entry. Versus having a cleaning crew come to the unit to address the items.

That said, I’m very sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the condo did not meet your expectations. There is no excuse for debris on the floors, and our staff would have gladly addressed that immediately had we been made aware.
Because your stay was after peak season, we do begin addressing general wear and tear items, such as wall markings, during our seasonal maintenance period. Air returns are not typically part of a standard turnover cleaning and are usually handled during our deep seasonal service; however, we absolutely would have been happy to take care of that for you as well.
That said, we understand that your preference was to have everything thoroughly handled prior to arrival rather than during your stay. We completely respect that, and we truly apologize that your much-anticipated and well-deserved vacation began with these concerns. That is not the standard we strive to provide.
Your feedback has been shared with both our housekeeping and maintenance teams so we can improve our processes moving forward.
We truly value your stay and your honest input. We hope we’ll have the opportunity to host you again and provide you with the seamless experience you deserve.
