Enjoy quality time with family and friends in 1 of 2 inviting living areas, each complete with comfortable seating around a smart TV, plus board games and books for extra entertainment. The kitchen is equipped to make your home-cooked meals easier than ever; stainless steel appliances, a blender, coffee maker, cookware and more are here for your convenience! And finally - gather round the 6-person dining table as everyone shares dinner and tales of their day's adventures. There is an additional breakfast nook just off the kitchen, perfect for morning coffee and quick snacks throughout the day!

This home sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.



Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 has 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #3 has 2 twin size beds and a smart tv.



Bedroom #4 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

There is a Ring Door Bell Camera.

The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Parking space for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway.

Guest entrance is wider than 32 inches.

Washer and dryer in unit.

This home sleeps 2 additional guests on a Queen-Sized Air Mattress. Please verify with us before check in if you plan to use this additional sleeping amenity during your stay.

- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.

- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.



- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.



Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.



Magic House at Legacy Park has an awesome location with several nearby options for dining and shopping. Just 2 miles down the road, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 8 miles away. The area has a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.



The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (15.6 miles), Epcot (14 miles), Hollywood Studios (11.5 miles), Animal Kingdom (10.1 miles), Universal Studios (23 miles) and Sea World (17.7 miles)!



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
