This lovely retreat will have you enjoying the Davenport lifestyle with a screened back patio featuring a sparkling West facing outdoor pool with an attached spill-over spa! Spend your days cooling down in the water or enjoying a soothing soak in the spa. A handful of poolside loungers await when it's time to work on your tan while reading a favorite book or enjoying a fun conversation with your guests. A safety fence surrounds the pool, making this space as kid-friendly as possible.

The first floor of this elegant home features a great family room with inviting sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable services. A sunny formal living room and dining space can be found by the main entrance. Surprise your loved ones with their favorite recipes thanks to the well-appointed, eat-in kitchen! It's equipped with all the essentials, including a cute Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts. There is a bedroom and full bath downstairs, perfect for guests!

On the second floor, you will enjoy the large family room with a pool table, a sitting area, and a smart TV. Nice location close to Disney

We loved this house and the area. We felt very safe in the area and it was a bonus the community was gated. A+ to the cleaning crew who did a great job as I didn't find any issues. The house is well maintained and was more than enough space for us. The pool was great and the kids had so much fun swimming and just hanging by the pool. If we come back to the area we would stay here again.

Very nice house

This was a very nice home, and we enjoyed our stay. Our dog sitter unfortunately fell through last minute so it was wonderful to know we were able to bring him with us since it's a pet friendly home. There was a pet fee but was actually cheaper than my sister, ha! House was very clean and the community was as well. We would stay here again.

Very Nice House

This was a very nice home, and we enjoyed our stay. Our dog sitter unfortunately fell through last minute so it was wonderful to know we were able to bring him with us since it's a pet friendly home. There was a pet fee but was actually cheaper than my sister, ha! House was very clean and the community was as well. The house was perfect and had everything we needed to have a great stay. We would stay here again and already looking to book again next year!

Florida getaway vacation home

Our stay at the west haven vacation home was truly one we will not forget. The home is located in a clean, safe, and friendly gated community which gave us a sense of security and peace of mind. The property has everything one could dream of having in a vacation home, from the billiard table, to the private pool, to having tvs in every single room! Spending time at this place was a vacation on its own. In addition, it's only a short drive from all of Florida's attractions, car rentals, restaurants, and many Disney gift shops. I would recommend staying here and will definitely be returning next time I come to Orlando! It's only a short drive away from all of Florida's attractions

Great House

The house was awesome and as described. Could have been a bit cleaner. The cooking utensils were a bit trashed and not very clean. There should have been a way to access the pool area and return to the house without setting off alarm. Appliances all worked though and clean towels and bedding. The gate person was nice and very helpful. Overall good stay

Absolutely wonderful stay! This 5-bedroom pool house exceeded all our expectations. The private pool was a fantastic feature, providing hours of relaxation and fun. The games room, complete with a high-quality pool table, added an extra layer of entertainment for our family. The house was impeccably clean and had every amenity we could possibly need. It was fully furnished with comfortable furniture, making it feel like a home away from home. The spacious layout easily accommodated our family, and each room was beautifully appointed. The location was perfect, providing easy access to local attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and are already planning our return visit. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable vacation home!

Nice place but needs some work

Washer is rotted in a dangerous way. The upstairs shower drains slow. Besides those two things the place was great love the upstairs game room and the pool with the hot tub

Amazing stay!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! I'm very picky but I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and well presented. The kids all had a blast upstairs playing games and enjoyed the pool table. We have stayed in another home before and it was in the garage so it was nice to have inside Air Conditioning. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. Visiting Disney wasn't a far drive at all although one day traffic was a bit heavy but even then wasn't a far drive. We will for sure be back. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation. - The Allan family
