This property features a 40-foot private dock with water about 5 feet deep at the end — ideal for swimming, fishing, or tying up your boat. You’ll have exclusive access to a 100-foot private, west-facing beach that provides cool shade in the morning and breathtaking sunsets each evening. Located on a quiet, one-lane road, it’s the perfect spot for peaceful walks and scenic bike rides.
Golf cart, beach, firepit and boat lift for 2 boats.
Please Note: The boat lift can accommodate boats up to 2,600 lbs and a maximum length of 19 feet. Due to the canopy, the lift is limited to boats with a clearance of 5–6 feet above the water. A bow rider or fishing boat will fit comfortably, but larger boats—such as wakeboard boats—will need to tie up alongside the 40-foot dock instead.

Lawn Care: The lawn may be mowed during your stay. Please remove any lawn games or personal items from the yard to allow the crew to work efficiently.
❄️ Snow Removal Notice:
Our plow service works diligently around the clock to clear driveways and keep the property accessible. Please keep in mind that they service multiple homes in the area, so we appreciate your patience and understanding if there’s a short wait during heavy snowfall.
