Welcome to Chartwell Point, located on the South end of Lake Keowee!
Enjoy the quiet deep-water cove great for sunning on the private dock, swimming, paddle boarding and fishing. Our family friendly 6BR/3.5BA waterfront home will easily accommodate friends and families and sleeps 17 comfortably.

Full of natural light and serene lakefront views, you`ll feel right at home at our single-level lake house! Our home is unique in that it offers a gentle slope down to the water and paved walking path wrapping around the house to the private dock. Nestled toward the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and located on a calm cove, there`s enough space for the whole family to sit back and relax inside and out.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is open and filled with natural light and boosts high ceilings. Fully stocked with dishes, cookware, drinkware and a large fridge for additional storage for guests` food and personal items. Coffee pot and Keurig machine with grounds and K-cups provided.
The dining room, breakfast nook and the outdoor table can easily accommodate large groups. Cookout for the whole family right in the back deck with our propane grill and utensils provided.

Oversized 3 car garage to use for parking and game time (ping pong table, chairs, TV, extra fridge and dryer unit). Two cars can easily fit in garage and another 3-4 cars in driveway and side parking area.
BEDROOM LAYOUT
(the house is uniquely laid out to maximize sleeping options).
BEDROOM 1 - Primary bedroom with king bed, closets, TV and large full bathroom 1 (**note: Bedroom 6 is located within the primary bedroom with its own private folding door, perfect for young kids to sleep close to parents).
BEDROOM 2 - Seperate back room with Two Bunkbeds with double beds on bottom and twin on top, closet, TV and private bathroom (perfect for kids/teenagers to have their own space) there are three access points into back room. 1 - through full bathroom in hallway, 2 - via door to garage and 3 - via door to back patio.
Bedroom 3 - King Bed, ceiling fan, closet, TV
Bedroom 4 - Queen Bed, ceiling fan
Bedroom 5 - King Bed, ceiling fan, closet, TV
Bedroom 6 - One bunk with double bottom and twin on top (located inside primary Bedroom with closable private door)
**Full bathroom 3 is located in a shareable, pass through hallway
TRASH
We offer full service trash pickup on Mondays and Thursdays during summer months. We pay extra for garage side pickup (bins do not need to be moved up the driveway to the road). IMPORTANT: No loose trash. ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED for easy removal out of bins.
PETS
We welcome your furry friends! Please keep in mind a few rules when bringing your pets into our home. All pets must be added to your reservation and pet fee paid prior to arrival. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture at any time. Please pick up after your pet. We have extra doggie bags by the back door and under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.

Should you have any questions during your stay please contact myself and my property management team directly through the app so that it will be linked to your booking and details for our records. Should there be a more urgent need or emergency, please contact us by phone, text, or via your rental app.
PROPERTY ISSUES
Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.
HOUSE OPERATION
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.
This is a no-smoking property. You will be charged a significantly fee if you smoke in the property.
Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor. Please do not trespass on our neighbors lawns for any reason.
The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased online.
We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $200 per repair. The downstairs fans have a summer and winter rotation to lift air up or keep heat down. Feel free to adjust this with the remote as needed.
TRASH
*All trash must be bagged before placing in bins*
Trash pickup is every Thursday. During summer months trash pickup is every Monday and Thursday. The cans are located just outside the garage for pickup, please do not move them. We pay for trash pickup to come down our driveway and manually move all bags into their truck.
PET RULES
You must receive owner approval before bringing pets to the property and have paid required pet fee prior to arrival. You must receive owner approval to have more than 2 pets on the property. Please do not let pets on the furniture inside or outside of the house. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fine. Please pick up after your pets in the yard. Feel free to leave your dog off the lease around the house, but please be mindful to not let into the neighbors yard and keep them on a leash when walking through the nearby neighborhood.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS
Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. You will be charged a fine for staying past checkout if not communicated.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
We would appreciate if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated:
--start cycle of any dirty dishes in the dishwasher
--place bag all trash and take to the outside trash bins
--place each bed set of used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets at the end of each bed

We would appreciate if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated:
