The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. We provide a contact-free check in and the entrance-way is in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas.
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. 2 vehicle max. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: **No Elevator** There will be 3 flights of stairs before you enter. Self check-in with keypad access code.
Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Spacious with plenty of seating. Sleeper sofa.
A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.
Bedroom 1: King bed! TV. Bathroom attached.
Bath 1: Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.
Porch: Peaceful area.
Beach: Short walk from complex!
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the condo (other than locked owners closets) and the complex grounds.

A perfect central location in Myrtle Beach!

Getting Around:
The complex offers easy access parking for guests. Guests can also get an Uber/Lyft to where ever you need to go.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: This unit is located near the street and it is possible that you will hear traffic noises. Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Routine Pest Control happens monthly. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
No pets. Minimum booking age 21. Max guest count is 6.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
