**Parking** MUST READ FIRST
Parking is very important to understand. Guests may park in from of the house but DO NOT BLOCK any of the driveways. There is a designated VRBO Parking spot in the back of the house on the west driveway behind the house.

**As you enter...**
This cozy cottage offers vintage atmosphere with modern amenities for all guests. Walk up the steps of the spacious covered porch and enter into a warm and inviting almost open concept living area that includes dining, an updated kitchen, and living area with sleeper sofa and smart TV.

**The Bedrooms**

The two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, dressers, and plenty of natural light is a perfect place to rest and recreate after an exciting day exploring the walkable uptown area or quick drive to explore downtown OKC. There is plenty of space for a pac n play or air mattress for extra sleeping.

**The Bathroom**

Newly remodeled, the bathroom has a tub for bathing and a really nice, bright shower. Towels and soaps are provided alongside a hairdryer.

**Backyard**
The backyard is gated and perfect for approved fur babies.

**Pets**
Pets are permitted upon a $70 pet fee. Any damages caused by guests or pets will incur extra fees.

NOTICES:
NO PARTIES, large gatherings or Undisclosed guests. If someone smell found on property, a fee of $200 will be added. Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00pm-7:00am

No parties or smoking is permitted on the property. Light drinking is allowed but all who consume alcohol must be over the age of 21 years old. Will be charged for any damages and if any marijuana or cigarette smoke smell is found in the house, a $200 fine will incur.
