FOR LARGE GROUPS: Please note that The Crab House Studio Apartment that lies on the estate is able to be rented for an additional discounted rate of $150 per night based on a minimum of 7 nights rental.

Ground floor: 3.356sq.ft: Entrance, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, wine cooler, toilet, 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms equipped with A/C.

First floor: 1323.sq.ft provides an office space with bookcase, Master King Size Bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower and double sink) as well as separate loft style tv room/lounge area with additional sofa sleeping for one.

Long Island has 2 main airports - Stella Maris (SML) and Deadman's Cay (LGI). If flying commercially, the best connection will be via Nassau (NAS) or Georgetown (GGT) - see below. For a same day flight connection from the US, choose any flight (Delta, WestJet, American, Bahamas Air, JetBlue all fly into NAS) that lands before 11:30 am into Nassau (NAS) in order to make the afternoon flights from Nassau to Long Island - either Bahamas Air (into LGI) or Southern Air Charter (into LGI or SML). For the return, book an afternoon flight leaving from NAS at 2pm. If you are flying privately, please note that customs and immigration is available at SML.

NASSAU (NAS) SAME DAY COMMERCIAL FLIGHT CONNECTIONS
It is critical that for same day connections on commercial flights that you arrive in Nassau no later than 11:30 am for the afternoon flights to Long Island. Flight options from Nassau include Southern Air Charter at about $140 per person into Stella Maris Airport (closest - code (SML)), Bahamas Air into Deadman's Cay (@ $120 per person - code LGI) and private charter at about $400 per person but sharing the flight.

GEORGETOWN (GGT) SAME DAY COMMERCIAL FLIGHT CONNECTIONS
If coming via Miami/ATL an often forgotten route is to fly via GGT and then do private from there. Departing twice a day from Miami, you can currently leave at noon and be at Stella Maris Airport (SML) within 2 hours ground to ground including immigration. Both Stella Maris Resort Air Services and Island Wings Charter fly this - you would be looking at about $475 for the private 15 minute full plane charter or $117 per person for ticketed. Economy flights from MIA/GGT with AA are as little as $110 so this can well be economically the best way to travel if you have a bit of luggage...

Again, on arrival to the island, a map will be emailed contingent on your airport of arrival however plan on about a 40 minute drive from Deadman's Cay and 20 minutes from Stella Maris!
