The space
As part of the exclusive Casa Jumbo Estate, The Boat House studio apartment affords any guest the opportunity to avail of all the amenities of the estate including kayak, paddle board, bbq, fire pit and sun deck and yet still allows ample privacy. Absolute beachfront with spectacular sunsets for a fraction of the price.
Other things to note
Casa Jumbo Estate lies on the West (Leeward) side of the island approximately 30 minutes by car south of Stella Maris Airport and 45 minutes from Deadman's Cay Airport. We strongly advise considering renting a car or taxi transportation can be organised. A meet and greet and pre shopping can be organised as the closest grocery store is approximately 15 minutes South of the Island. For specialty items, please consider bringing with you but check with Bahamas Customs! Fruit and vegetables are not permitted but cheeses, wine etc are. Please note there is only 1 ATM on island about 50 minutes drive south and many of the local establishments take cash only so stock up before you come.
