This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is spacious and gorgeous! Full kitchen with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. Laundry room in the condo for your use. The patio steps out to pool and gardens. With only 4 units in our complex on a quiet residential street, you'll enjoy your own piece of paradise. Just steps from the pristine Boggy Sand Beach. Walk to area restaurants, grocery, liquor store and bus stop.

The pool and garden area is perfect to meet some other vacationers or just relax by yourself. There's a grill also for grilling up some fine dinner.

Historic Boggy Sand Road is a tranquil private road with authentic Cayman charm. A great mix of Mansions and Beach cottages. You won't find another spot on Cayman quite like it.

Just outside the resort area. Quiet and serene, but still close enough to all SMB has to offer. Just 100 feet from the nicest area of Seven Mile Beach & 3 minute walk to Cemetery Beach. Walk to grocery, liquor store, bus stop & restaurants.

There is a bus service to Georgetown for $3 per person. Taxi and hire cars available.

There is a grocery, liquor store, 3 restaurants and bus stop within walking distance and is open til 11 pm most nights. Stores are closed on Sundays and we love it that way. :)

Spring Break in Grand Cayman

Windsong was the perfect home base for our family of five on our spring break trip. My husband, three children (13, 11 & 7) and I had plenty of space. We loved the setup of the condo & balcony, and everything was as described. Julie was always quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The pool and proximity to the beach were the highlights for us! We basically had a private beach right across the street. Snorkeling was amazing in that area as well. Some other favorites from the trip: Walking to Heritage Kitchen for delicious food, our boat excursion to stingray city with Black Pearl charters, the turtle center, Starfish Point & Rum point, dinners at Tillies, Calypso Grill, Macabuca, and Tukka. This was our first visit to Grand Cayman and we can't wait to return!

Great family vacation

Wonderful location for family of five. Beautiful clean well stocked condo with everything we needed. Beach is perfect, short 5 min walk but condo has chairs, a wagon and sand/ water toys which is so easy. Julie was very kind and helpful. Only thing it is missing is a view of the ocean from the deck.

Wonderful Stay

The property is just across the street from a beautiful, uncrowded beach on a quiet, quaint, dead-end street. Wonderful location on the island, close enough to everything without being in the hustle and bustle. The pool area is beautiful. It is just a short walk to the grocery store or the Heritage Kitchen for meals. The decor is beautiful. Everything you need is provided. Our group included my husband and I, our elementary age son, and grandparents. It was perfect for us. We'd happily stay again.

Quiet neighborhood, great little pool. Huge balcony with railing for drying towels. Well appointed. Extremely comfortable beds!!! Beach was quiet and very close to walk to. Was great to have the beach chairs and umbrellas. Kind of everything you need. kkitchen

Beautiful Condo & Great Stay

This condo exceeded our expectations! It's 1 of the condos in a 4-condo property, which means it's quiet, relaxing and a true getaway from large and crowded properties. There is a beautiful private pool shared only by the 4 condos. We were the only ones at the pool every time we enjoyed it. The pool and landscaping were beautiful and very well maintained. There were plenty of lounge chairs surrounding the pool. Our condo was fully stocked with all the essential needs for our beach visits. Beach chairs, umbrellas, inflatables, noodles and beach towels. There was even a beach wagon to haul all of the items to the beach! The uncrowded beach was a mere 3-minute walk away (no kidding). The condo itself was super clean and well stocked with everything you might need. Would definitely stay here again. Our host, Julie, was very responsive and quickly answered any questions. Don't pass up this lovely condo for your ultimate Grand Caymen stay!

Boggy Sand Outstanding!

We had a phenomenal vacation at Windsong 4. The beach is a very short walk along a private access. Winding 4 provides beach chairs, towels, and snorkeling gear that are easily carried to the beach in the collapsible buggy. If you are looking for a break from the beautiful view from the beach, you will find easy access to snorkeling just off Cemetery beach. Management was super easy to work with. Spacious condo was perfect for our family of 4. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked but why cook in when you can eat at Heritage Kitchen, Macabuca, Vivo West Bay, Waffle Monkey and Cracked Conch. Walking distance to grocery store. At the end of the day, walk to the seawall located at the entrance to Boggy Sand Rd and watch the spectacular sunset. Would definitely stay again!

Great winter getaway!

Julie was a great communicator. Check in easy. You can snorkel right in front of the house , they have everything you need for the beach included and you can walk to grocery store or a few restaurants.. Great week with family !

Perfect Intro to the Cayman Islands

This was our first time using Vrbo and also our first time in the Cayman Islands, and this place did not disappoint. Our host Julie was lovely and easy to get in touch with if needed. The location was in a quiet neighborhood a little off the beaten path (north end of 7 mile beach, away from the main shopping area and hotels further south). The condo was very clean and included all the amenities we wanted (washer/dryer, full kitchen, WiFi, etc.). Would definitely stay there again, especially if we had more people besides just my spouse and me!

Cayman vacation

Unfortunately our vacation was cut short by Hurricane Beryl and we had to fly out early. Property owner Julie was awesome and only showed concerns for our safety keeping us updated on the storms progress and when added flights opened up. Very responsive to our questions and great restaurant recommendations for the short time we visited. Thank you Julie for being a great host!

Windsong 4 - Great vacation!

The Windsong 4 is an amazing property. Unit is directly across street from the beach. Julie provided access to beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards and pool floats! Unit also comes with plenty of beach towels. Julie is a great host, super responsive to messages when I had any questions or concerns. Despite a few days of rainy weather and a cell phone outage we had a relaxing vacation. Luckily the unit had WiFi! Thanks for a great stay!

2nd time at Windsong

And just as perfect as the first in 2019! We had six of us, my best friend was able to join us at the last minute, originally booked for 5, but the space was enough for us to have a great time. We love it, we mostly went to the beach this time and didn't use the pool as much but it's still a wonderful setup. Julie had just ordered a new grill and we tested it out, works great. My group loved using the paddle board and doing some light snorkeling in the area. We would always come back if we stay in Grand Cayman.

Great beach spot

Nice little spot that felt secluded but was only mere moments away from lots to do. So close to the dolphin and turtle center and within a 10min drive to all the restaurants and shops of Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach. The beach across the street was perfffectttt. It felt like our own private beach and the snorkeling from the shore was great. The place had all the beach amenities you could need and the pool area was perfect. The host lives right downstairs and was there upon arrival to help with checkin. Overall really great stay. Thank you!!

First VRBO Experience - Windsong 4

This was our first VRBO experience, so we didn’t really know what to expect. We were blown away by the experience. Julie, the property manager was a wealth of knowledge and helped us navigate our vacation on Grand Cayman. Julie responds quickly to inquiries and is very professional. The condo was spacious and provided a very comfortable stay in the Grand Cayman. We don’t usually watch tv on vacation, but it was Super Bowl Sunday which we were able to access on the large screen tv. Loved the large covered balcony overlooking the pool. If you wish to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked. Julie provided a contact for a chef to provide a few of our meals. The condo provides plenty of towels, luxurious beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs, dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner. The condo is not on the beach, but it is a short walk to get to the beach. Also, it is a short walk to the grocery and liquor stores and DQ too. The food on the island is very good. You really need a car to get around to the restaurants and to explore the island, but be prepared to drive on the left side of the road. If you like to snorkel or dive, book several boat excursions to get to all the reefs and shipwrecks.

Awesome condo!

The condo very clean and well stocked. It was very close to the beach just across the boggy sand road through a private beach access. It was nice to have the private pool which was never crowded because it was just for the 4 Windsong units. Julie was awesome to work with, had good recommendations and was very quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely return to this unit.

Great quiet spot

This is our 3rd time returning to this location. Quiet location just across street from private beach access with nice snorkeling spot about 150 yards swim. Grocery store close by. Parking is tight, but owner is very accommodating - was not an issue. Not “downtown”, but there are a few restaurant options around. Try Heritage kitchen…amazing local fish dishes!! Will book again!! Thanks!!

Perfect Place

The property was very clean and the location was great. Julie was always available to answer questions or provide information. The beach was 100 feet from the place and it was nice to have a private pool on the property. We’re a family of five and there was plenty of room for all of us.
