3-Bedroom Oceanview Condo + Pool Directly on Seven Mile Beach

Unit 35 at Plantana is a 3-bedroom ocean view condominium with a beach front pool located directly on the best part of Seven Mile Beach. Rooms can be configured to be 2 king bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom; OR 1 king room, 1 queen room and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. We provide all toiletries, soft cotton linens and a no-cost mid-stay beach towel refresh. Enjoy the convenience of walking distance to all the newest shops and restaurants and relax in the gorgeous beach front pool with plenty of beach umbrellas and loungers on the widest and most beautiful section of Seven Mile Beach. The kitchen is newly renovated with all new appliances and there are barbeques throughout the property. You can walk for miles north or south along the beach. The location is two properties north of the Westin Hotel and 5 properties south of the Kimpton Hotel. You can book watersports and excursions at the Westin Red Sail kiosk on the beach.

We had an amazing seven-night stay at Plantana 35. The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of five adults and a toddler. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the screened-in porch was a favorite spot for morning coffee and relaxed meals.The location on Seven Mile Beach was incredible—it truly felt like having our own private beach. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas, plus beach toys that were perfect for our toddler. The condo is also within easy walking distance of a 24-hour market, bars, and restaurants, and just a short drive from the airport, which made everything so convenient.The owners, Fiona and Kevin, were wonderful to work with—friendly, helpful, and very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to visit again.

From the start, it felt like we were renting the property from a family member. Fiona was incredible with her prompt communication and even met us at the property for check-in. She periodically checked on us during the stay and gave suggestions for food, excursions, and transportation. The property itself was fantastic. It was very clean and had everything you could ask for. It gave my family the separate quarters we needed to rest and relax at night, but also had a huge couch and dining room table to come together as well. The location was exactly what we wanted. The stretch of the beach at complex is pristine clear blue waters and never crowded. It took less than five minutes to walk to the beach and was in a safe neighborhood. A 10 minute walk can get you to several very good restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone and everyone. Fiona was a pleasure to work with and my family and I can't wait to return!

What an amazing getaway! Being just steps away from our favorite beach was such a treat! We found great little reefs for snorkeling right in front of Plantana. Our condo was beautifully-appointed and had all of the comforts of home. Fiona was so attentive. Mayzie was welcoming, helpful and kind! We can’t wait for our return visit! You truly have a piece of paradise!

We absolutely loved Plantana 35. It was very clean, the beach area was perfect and our hostess was amazing. Fiona went above and beyond for us. From meeting us at the condo, the special gifts left for us and answering any questions we had throughout our stay and more. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Property

The property was well taken care of, very clean, and very comfortable. The use of the pool with small kids is fantastic and the beach almost seems private for just our unit it is so exclusive. Feonia (owner of property) was fantastic. We will be returning and highly recommend the property to anyone.

The Perfect Stay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO property! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. From the well appointed kitchen to the stunning views and pristine beach, every detail made the trip feel special. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge—truly a five-star experience that I’d love to repeat!

Absolutely Amazing condo!

Our family had an amazing stay at Plantana 35! From start to finish Ms. Fiona, our host was fantastic to us! She had wonderful communication leading up to our stay and throughout! She went above and beyond for us. The condo is beautiful and immaculate! It is perfectly decorated & well furnished. The view from the porch is so peaceful and relaxing. We cooked a few meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The in condo laundry is very helpful. The condo is in a great location. Very close to the Cost U Less and Fosters grocery. It’s just a short drive to the Turtle center and super close to many shops, restaurants and tours. The condo is just steps from the sandy beach and clear and peaceful water. The surrounding gardens are beautiful. There are plenty of chairs under the giant shade trees directly on beach. We loved snorkeling just off the beach with the fish and a sting ray! The children loved the calm, clear water. The hammock near the pool is super relaxing and they had floats and sand toys for the children to use. This section of 7M beach is wide and sandy. It felt very private and peaceful. We took lots of fun pics on the beach with the beautiful sunsets. We went on several excursions, but we really couldn’t wait to get back to the condo grounds to relax and enjoy the serenity. We had the perfect stay and can’t wait to return!

We have owned our condo on Seven Mile Beach since 2014 and lived in it for many years before offering up for vacation rentals in 2025. We live in a home just 6 minutes away from the condo and can help with any vacation planning questions you may have and along with our property management and housekeeping team, we are ready to help make your vacation wonderful!

This section of Seven Mile Beach is the absolute best section of the best beach in Grand Cayman. The beach is wide and long with soft white sand and you can walk for miles north and south of the property. The immediate neighboring properties are always quiet and don't allow short-term rentals, so there is no overflow onto our beach and you will never worry about having to reserve a beach chair and shade umbrella. There are over 20 restaurants that are within walking distance of the condo including all hotel restaurants at the Ritz, Westin, Indigo and Kimpton Hotels. Along with other restaurants and a gym, there are grocery stores and liquor stores just across the street in the Grove and Governor's Square plazas.
