Everything was perfect. 20 steps to the beach, beautiful rooftop, great and unusual workout room. It was super well appointed, and everything was a grade and quality beyond our expectations. The view is to die for.

Absolutely amazing condo! We loved walking in from exploring everyday and having the spectacular ocean view. The condo had top of the line finishes and was very luxurious. Location was convenient to many popular restaurants. The water directly in front of the condo has some coral to get through, but water shoes took care of that problem. We also used the lagoon next door for relaxing in the water and great snorkeling. The beach in front of the condo is very nice and we enjoyed the privacy. We have zero complaints and would come back here in a heartbeat!

The view from the condo is amazing to watch sunsets - one of the best spots on the island. Beach access is not great. It’s quite a ways to the nicer areas of seven mile beach. The accessible beaches right by the property are ok. If you’re looking for easy walk out access to snorkeling or water activities, I would stay somewhere else. The condo is in a convenient area of the island.

Fantastic stay

Beautiful condo. Just as pictured. East check-in, easy check out. Couldn’t ask for more! Everything was thought of in advance for guests. We hope to stay again for a longer trip! If you’re reading my review, this is your sign to BOOK IT!

Family Time in Grand Cayman

Alex is a GREAT host. This property was beyond fantastic. Can't beat the views, amenities and location. This experience has been more than we could've wished for. We will definitely consider renting this unitagainnext year.

Gorgeous, Extra Clean Condo with a Gorgeous View

The condo, kitchen and laundry all made our stay fun and easy. The pool and sand area are phenomenal. You have a walk a little bit down to the water entry but it's well worth the walk. Directly in front of the condo is a bit rocky but nothing water shoes can't handle. It was a fantastic vacaton spot! Oh... and nearby restaurants were all delicious!

Best view, perfect location and it had everything we needed. Perfect porch, nice pool and hot tub and beautiful sunsets. We were able to walk to many of the good restaurants nearby. Alex was great! The pictures are spot on and exactly as described

Enjoyed our stay, unfortunately, did not like the fact that we could not get into the water from our beach. But other than that, it was a beautiful condo.

Absolutely amazing with stunning views!

This 3 bedroom condo with large balcony overlooking 7 mile beach is fabulous. Gorgeously decorated and perfectly appointed. Super clean! The views from the floor to ceiling windows are breathtaking. Communication with the owners was smooth and easy. Everything about this stay was wonderful. Thank you, Alex, for such a special stay.

Christmas Break

This property is a brand-new build, it is perfectly located in the middle of seven-mile beach with easy access to all amenities. The property is also directly on the beach has its own pool and beach area. The interior of the property is very spacious 3 beds 3 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The views are absolutely stunning. The host Alex is extremely helpful and was always available during our stay ...but also was not intrusive on our time. I would highly recommend this property, and we will be going back soon to enjoy it again, thank you Alex for all that you did for us!!

Stunning, beautifully decorated vacation rental with breathtaking views of the ocean and sunsets

We had the most wonderful vacation. Alex was so attentive and answered every question we had. His unit is very large and comfortable. Plenty of room for my family. Perfectly decorated for the Caymans with lots of special touches, all modern appliances, overlooking the pool and turquoise blue ocean. We walked to Kirks Grocery, and ate in every day for breakfast and lunch and enjoyed one evening on the rooftop lounge as the sun dipped into the ocean. The unit is very close to lots of restaurants. we walked just about everywhere all week long. There is a great little restaurant we discovered very close, called Coconut Joes. (almost across the street) We ended up eating there 3 times and we listened to their live music too. So much fun! Every day we went down on the beach which is fully equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Our family of 5 were the only people on the beach most of the time. Just around the bend on the beach is a fantastic swimming cove. There are are lots of beautiful fish to see.We even saw a live conch shell and stingrays too. We got snorkeling supplies at a dive store just a short wall from the unit. We loved having a full size washer and dryer. And especially enjoyed the table out on the balcony overlooking the ocean where we had our breakfast and lunch daily. We could not get enough of the beautiful views. The rooftop lounge \is the place to be for the sunset for sure! I don't think I have seen it so well or enjoyed as much anywhere else.
