After a day exploring St. Louis, settle into the bright living room where a Smart TV and plush seating create the perfect spot for family movie night. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in beautiful natural light and overlook the private deck area, framed by the house itself and side yard, offering brightness without street exposure. A chaise lounge completes the space, inviting you to curl up with a book or simply unwind.

On the main level, a king suite offers a memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, Smart TV and a playpen for little ones. Upstairs, a second king suite provides its own private bath and plenty of storage. A queen suite w/private bath is perfect for couples or solo travelers, while the double queen room – with two queen beds and a connecting door to the queen suite – is great for families or close friends. All rooms feature Smart TVs, USB outlets, extra pillows and a clean, uncluttered design.

With three full bathrooms and a convenient half bath on the main level, no one will be waiting their turn. Expect plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers in every bath. The half bath off the living area makes it easy for guests to freshen up without climbing stairs.

For the comfort of all guests and neighbors, Eads Escape observes a few simple house rules. We do not allow pets, and no smoking indoors or in the garage, and parties or events are not permitted. We also request guests remove their shoes on carpeted areas (bedrooms). A $500 refundable security deposit hold and a signed rental agreement are required to confirm your stay; the details will be provided when you book. These guidelines help ensure a peaceful experience for everyone and keep the home in great condition for future visitors.
