To access the building, we give you access via a simple app . You walk up the stairs to the elevators, and take the elevator to the top floor.

When you exit the elevator, you turn right and then left down the hallway to your home. When you enter the home, it opens to an open, spacious loft. There is a dining area, a kitchen, a living room, a half bathroom,and private patio for those staying on the first level. The private patio gives you a fresh feel and a cool cityscape view.

If you walk up to the 2nd floor, you will find a spacious loft with two full size bunk beds, one queen bed, a closet, and a full bathroom. This is truly a special place, and we look forward to making your stay a 5-star experience!

A: The home is very easy to get to via public transit. If you decide to drive, we recommend apps like SpotAngel or SpotHero to find free or cheap parking ($10-20 / night).

A: Nope! we provide all these things. We also provide you with a starter pack of toilet papers.

A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either.

A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don`t actually control this.

A: Very. Some guests say they`re the best they`ve ever slept on!

No Agency Relationship. Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to authorize or empower either party to act as agent for the other party to this Agreement, or to conduct business in the name, or for the account, of the other party to this Agreement.

You have access to the home, balcony, full gym, and laundry facilities.

We`re here to help as you need it! We give all of our guests full itinerary for their trip 2 days before their stay.

Printers Row is “pocket” neighborhood just minutes from the Chicago Loop. After the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, the area became the Midwest hub of the printing industry with historically significant buildings designed by legendary architects like Daniel Burnham, William Holabird and William Le Baron Jenney. Today, many of those historic buildings remain but the quiet, tree lined streets are now largely residential. Of course, it continues to be a draw for fans of Chicago architecture.

During the day, the neighborhood is an easy walk to offices in the Loop, off Michigan Avenue, or in LaSalle Street financial centers. After hours, the district is alive with restaurants, boutiques, book and antique stores.

It boasts famous blues clubs, eclectic music venues and neighborhood taverns where residents gather. It also has an annual book fair: The Printers Row Book Fair gathers authors, poets, speakers and, of course, books.

Printer`s Row is also walking distance to Chicago`s Museum Campus, with the Field Museum, Adler Planetarium and Shedd Aquarium, and the newly redesigned Soldier Field.

With a 97 walk score and 100 transit score, you can get everywhere your heart desires in Chicago. The Red Line subway is one of the main subways in Chicago, and is only a block away. Many restaurants, shopping, parks, and museums are within walking distance.

There is a NOISE MONITORING system within the home to track decibel noise level. Please respect our neighbors and do not get too loud outside quiet hours :)

Early check-ins/Late check-outs can sometimes be accommodated by our cleaning service for $50 per hour fee.
𝐔𝐧𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐎𝐮𝐭 – Subject to a $50 fee for every 30 minutes past check-out, or up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out.

MID STAY CLEAN reminder
For stays of 15+ days, mid-stay cleaning is REQUIRED at $90-$140. We`ll communicate this after booking to schedule accordingly.

All guest names and ages must be registered before you are allowed to check in.

Guest Verification
As part of our vetting process, we may ask guests to confirm a few details — such as their names, ages, where they’re traveling from, or their travel plans — before accepting a booking. In some cases, we may also request a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes. This helps us ensure that all stays are safe, transparent, and in line with our house policies.

Unresponsive Guest
In some cases, if a guest does not respond within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
For same-day bookings, this timeframe is up to 2 hours or less. For all other bookings, this timeframe is up to 8 hours. This ensures that we can provide the best experience and availability for all our guests.

Online Check-In & Rental Agreement Required
Before receiving check-in instructions, all primary guests must complete our online check-in form and review/sign our rental agreement. This helps verify guest details and ensures a smooth, secure arrival.

EXTRA GUEST CHARGE
The base price covers 4 guests. For more than 4 guests, there is an extra guest fee of $10 per guest for the full number of nights.
Example: 1 extra guest for a 5-night stay = $10 × 5 nights = $50.

Refundable Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required and will be `held` or `authorized` (not `charged`) by Chicago Hospitality Club on your card. Any property damage or extra charges may be deducted from the deposit. VRBO collects platform payments/charges separately, while Chicago Hospitality Club handles the deposit, so seeing both on your statement is normal. The deposit is automatically released 3-7 days after checkout.

Refund Processing Policy
In the event of a guest-initiated cancellation, any bank fees or payment processing charges incurred will be the responsibility of the guest and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Great place to stay!

Stayed for the weekend and really enjoyed our time! The location is very close to the train, and it was easy to get around. The hosts were very helpful about getting us settled, and the check in process was very easy. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The location of this condo is perfect for getting around the city! The place was clean and very open. The only thing that I wish I was aware of ahead of time is that all the pillows were feather (two of the four of us traveling are allergic), but easily solved with Target being right around the corner. We loved it so much we booked it again in just a month!

Location is great, right on the red line, near Grant Park and the Art Institute, 20 minutes walk to Millenium Park and 30 minutes to the river. In/out parking garages are plentiful nearby. The space felt very open and well lighted, had a good working area, good wifi, and it was great to have direct access to the roofdeck. We had a terrific stay and would love to come back!

Spacious in great location

Our family enjoyed spreading out in the loft. The location was fantastic for our sightseeing and museum trip. The apartment needs a handful of cosmetic updates but none of them interfere with function or comfort, and the apartment was clean and comfortably equipped with basics for our 5-day stay.

Easy long weekend

We enjoyed having a space to spread out while coming and going to places around the city. The beds are comfortable and there’s a lot of a windows for light. There are cute neighborhood spots to eat in, and the people managing the property had easy to use logistics and are very responsive to any questions.

Great location, excellent communication

We booked on short notice and the hosts were very easy to work with. They gave us great instructions on how to get to & into the property, checked in with us along the way to ensure we were enjoying our stay, and wished us well after check-out. The building's common area is nice and bright, on a quiet street in Printer's Row. The apartment is an end unit on the top floor, so it was quiet and private. Great stay. Great hosts.

This apartment/ condo was the cleanest rental that I've ever booked. Coming from a property manager myself. It was beautifully decorated. They had all the extras. Above and beyond on the towels, handtowels, blankets etc. We stayed 4 days and never ran out. Eveything was soft and top notch. They even left tea etc. I will definitely only book this property each time I come to Chicago. Thanks for all the small details.

Good stay and alternative to a hotel

Visting colleges with teenage daughter which called for some privacy. Good location for transit as it was a block or so from the Harrison (red line) station and near park & museums. The building and apartment were kind of tired and most of the lighting was independent; lamps and stands. had to do some searching to figure out how to turn things on and off.

Fantastic location!

Wonderful property, and even better location. Right next to the red line, and easy access to Uber/Lyft. The space itself is large, and great for catching up with friends. We loved using the Latch app- I’m always afraid I’m going to lose keys. Beds and pillows were very comfy! There could be some cosmetic updates, but that did affect our stay at all. The lights were not the best, it was very dark everywhere. Again, not a game changer. Overall, great stay and location!
