Dormitorio principal, cama de lujo y ropa de cama y tiene un vestidor privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el segundo baño con bañera y ducha.

Chef's Kitchen es completamente nuevo, todo blanco con estanterías de madera recuperada flotante y ladrillo visto. Hay un área de cocina en el rincón de la sala de tamaño completo con bancos flotantes recuperados extendidos. Tendrás la terraza privada de 14 pies en la parte posterior. Garaje de estacionamiento para 1 automóvil y estacionamiento en la calle en frente.

Another fantastic stay at the flat! We love that we feel right at home here. It has everything we need, including a fully stocked kitchen, which really helps with two young kiddos. The beds are so comfortable and both bathrooms are spacious and luxurious. And the best part is you are right in the middle of the action - walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport. Plus Maia (the host) is so responsive and attentive without at all being intrusive. We will be back here without hesitation for our next Chicago stay.

Long weekend getaway

My husband and I came to Chicago for a friends wedding at Firehouse Chicago, just blocks away. We were greeted on arrival and given a tour of the apartment. There were snacks left for us, as well as coffee and wine, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities. The space was very clean and comfortable. There would have been plenty of room for another couple to stay, and it even had accommodations if you had a baby with you. The neighborhood is wonderful, felt very safe and lovely to walk around. Whole Foods and Walgreens are right around the corner and tons of great restaurant options in walking distance. The water pressure in the master bath shower wasn’t the best, but it’s possible I was doing something wrong with the faucet, and that would be my only small complaint about our experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Edgewater condo

We spent a long weekend and everything was perfect. The location is in a leafy old neighborhood and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs. The flat was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the shady back porch in the evenings. We would stay here again any time we are back in Chicago. Maia was a wonderful host!

Perfect Weekend in Chicago

Short weekend getaway with the family. Beautiful, clean apartment with all of the amenities, garage parking and outdoor space in a great neighborhood. Close to train station with access to restaurants, Wrigley and Downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Great experience

I have never booked a Vrbo before so this was a fantastic way to be introduced to the experience. The check in was very thorough. The flat was in a perfect location with a garage. The bedding was soft. I wasn’t expecting to have half and half, coffee and snacks waiting for us. The host was always available to answer any questions. As a compliment from some of the people that live in Rodger’s Park, the flat is one of the nicest they have seen. 10/10 recommend

Beautiful

Everything was easy booking, checking in and out and the ease of dealing with a wonderful host! Great location, own garage access and close to everything you could desire as a tourist or regular to the Windy City. We never felt unsafe and the kids also enjoyed the stay. If we go back this is where I would want to stay!

Another 5-star stay at The Flat!

This was our fourth stay at The Flat (the first one I’ve booked under my profile instead of my husband’s), and our stay was reliably comfortable. Our two young boys (5 and 1) felt right at home. The Flat is so spacious and everything is impeccably clean. Our host, Maia, made check-in a breeze and was super responsive if we needed anything during our stay. The neighborhood is top notch and super walkable - grocery store is a short walk away, train is right down the street, and playground right around the corner. The kitchen is a lifesaver with two kids. This is the place to stay if you’re ever in Chicago. Don’t hesitate - book The Flat if you want a seamless experience and a 5-star stay!

Great Stay

Maia was a great host. She met us live and in person for a thorough tour and pointers. The space was very comfortable and roomy, very tasteful with lots of nice touches that made our experience exptrordinary. We all agreed it was the best VRBO experience we’ve had!

This place feels. like home...

It was my son's 20th Birthday and we traveled to celebrate with him. We rented this unit which we have stayed in before. My son's girlfriend flew in from Boston; she loved the flat. The flat is spacious, wonderfully decorated and the landlord is so helpful and accommodating. The beds are comfortable and the back deck is such a nice addition. Definitely special!

Lovely stay in North Chicago

We were visiting Loyola for parents weekend and this apartment was excellent for us in terms of location, cleanliness, and available things (TVs, kitchen gadgets, etc.). The owner was very nice and explained in detail the operations of the house. We would stay here again on our visits.

This Flat Met All Our Needs

Maia’s place is amazing because she has paid special attention to detail. Everything is perfect. She has magazines (current issues) of things to do and restaurants to try in chicago. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Maia makes sure that her guests have everything they need. The flat was clean and stocked with provisions to get her guests started. I normally travel with my Nespresso machine, but she provides one (a well as a Keurig) along with pods. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the sheets are soft. She even left us fresh flowers! The shades block out the sun and the flat has a beautiful deck to relax on. The bathrooms are spacious, and Maia provides toiletries. The towels are plush and soft. The living space is accommodating. There is plenty of room for everyone. Her place is beautiful. The flat is 1.5 blocks from the Redline. This rental is top notch!

Can’t say enough good things

Maia was an incredible host starting even before the check in process, and continued that trend throughout the entirety of our stay. The apartment was perfect, the rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed, we were well stocked on just about everything you could think of, and the location was nothing short of a dream. Next time I’m in Chicago I will definitely be seeing if this property has an opening!

Great spot!

Such a nice property in a safe, quiet location. Host was super helpful and even picked up some groceries for us. Air conditioning worked very well even though it was over 90 degrees outside. Highly recommend!

The pictures don’t do it justice!

My son and I decided to come to Chicago to see a cubs/phillies game and explore the city. I looked at many options and with all of the positive reviews for Maia’s place, plus the extras listed below it was an easy decision. The pictures definitely don’t do it justice! Maia was a great host and she accommodated a very late check in. She gave us a walk through over the phone because it was so late. Her place was by far one of the best places I have stayed in terms of attention to detail and the extras. The highlights: - Overall a beautiful flat and very spacious. -The kitchen was stocked with things like water, coffee, milk, bread and even frozen pizza!! -Not 1, not 2 but 3 coffee makers!! -The neighborhood is great! Very safe and adorable. Close to the Red Line which made for easy access to Wrigley. -Having a parking garage was HUGE as parking in the neighborhood seemed to be a challenge. -Having access to CABLE TV. and TVs in the bedrooms was a big plus. Call me old fashioned but I want to flip on the tv and not have to sign in to multiple apps. -Fans in the bedroom- my son and I like our white noise so this was a welcome bonus! The only negative is that the floors are very, very creaky and there are upstairs neighbors. They weren’t excessively loud but you can hear the foot traffic. We will definitely be back again!

Comfortable stay in Chicago's northern end

Our party of 3 (myself, husband, adult child) enjoyed our 4-night stay very much in this flat. The host, Maia, displays a welcome and meticulous attention to detail, evident throughout the space and during the in-person check-in. In the features that meant the most to us, the flat delivered with flying colors: plenty of elbow room (two bathrooms, large lounge, and one of the bedrooms with a king bed), air conditioning, off-street parking (essential in this neighborhood), and proximity to Evanston to help a family member move into Chicago. The outdoor deck with lounge seating was a big bonus. We unexpectedly made use of the washer and dryer in the basement, so that was a plus as well. We all enjoyed the neighborhood amenities, walking to restaurants and the grocery and drug stores. A couple of notes for future guests: the building is charming but older with only stair access in and out of this unit, and the only divider between the primary bedroom and the en suite bathroom is a velvet curtain. (The other bathroom off the hallway has a standard door.) We had a great time and hope to return!
