To enhance security measures for our guests and property, guests may be required to complete a secure online registration and identity verification process prior to check-in.



Pets may be allowed with prior approval and applicable fees.



For stays longer than 28 days, additional screening documentation may be required, including employment verification, internship letters, or other supporting documents. Utility fees may apply for long-term stays.



A refundable $300 security deposit may be required prior to check-in to help protect the property and ensure compliance with house rules. The deposit will be fully refunded after checkout following a successful property inspection and compliance with all house rules.



Please note: For reservations cancelled within the property's applicable free cancellation period, a 5% refund processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount. This fee covers the payment processing costs associated with issuing the refund through our payment processing system. The remaining eligible refund will be processed according to the cancellation policy shown on the booking.



By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to this refund processing fee.
