Este condominio está ubicado en el 4to piso del Beach Club del condominio Marco (a 1/2 milla al sur del Marriott). Mis tarifas incluyen todos los impuestos y limpieza. Es un condominio muy amplio de 1 habitación y 1 baño. (700 pies cuadrados + 200 pies cuadrados lanai). Está directamente enfrente de la playa, pero tiene su propio acceso privado a la playa y paseo marítimo. Ningún otro condominio tiene este lujo. Desde la puerta de entrada a la playa hay 3 minutos a pie. El edificio es un complejo de 4 pisos y usted está en el piso superior y tiene vista a la piscina y tiene una ligera vista del Golfo. La cama es de tamaño king y el sofá también se puede acomodar en una cama Queen, la unidad tiene capacidad para 4 personas. Hay televisores / VCR / DVD en el dormitorio y la sala de estar. La unidad tiene una cocina completa con microondas, estufa, lavaplatos, licuadora, cafetera, todos los platos, ollas, sartenes, cubiertos y mucho más. La unidad tiene una vista del golfo y tiene su propio acceso privado a la playa como se indicó anteriormente. En la unidad tiene acceso a sillas de playa, enfriador de playa, sombrilla de playa. Desde la vista en lanai se pasa por alto la piscina y se puede ver el Golfo. La unidad también cuenta con wifi gratis y estacionamiento cubierto. Siempre comienzo y finalizo mis alquileres los sábados.

All you need

This was a quaint condo with everything needed for a good vacation. Perfect for two parents and a teen to sleep on the hide-a-bed. Walking distance to the beach and close to everything Marco Island has to offer.

Awesome location!! Walking distance to many restaurants and the beach access is right across the street!! Very clean and comfortable It does say on the VRBO listing, under amenities, that there is a fitness room and hot tub, which there is not.

Great place to stay. Well appointed unit. Heated pool is awesome. Private boardwalk to the beach is directly across the street. Quiet section of the island yet convenient walk to restaurants. Truly a gem.

The owners were great at communicating with us. We had a problem with the air conditioning and the repair guy was there in less than an hour. The place could use some updates.

Great location, great beach, and very comfortable condo. Notes provided by Dave were very helpful. Don't miss Stan's on Sunday , the DaVinci restaurant , the Sunset Grill and I would recommend adding Marco Prime to restaurant list. My wife and I will be back again.

Incredible beach week

Our experience with Dave from beginning to end was wonderful. He was very quick to respond as to availability and full price for dates we chose. After we booked and sent our rental fee plus deposit for our stay we had our keys to the apartment the following week. In our rental envelop Dave included a map of the island as well as where the nearest grocery stores were to the condo and a top places to eat while our stay there. A must go to which was included on that list was Snooks in my husband described the grouper sandwich as the best sandwich he's ever had. The Pina coladas we're great too! As for our condo it had everything we possibly needed for our stay. The bedroom and bathroom very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare meals during our stay. The balcony was screened and overlooked the condos heated pool. Dave also went out of his way to make sure we had enough beach chairs for our stay (very comfortable beach chairs by the way). With two small kids we worried about having to carry the kids and all the beach stuff to the beach daily but the condo even had a Tommy Bahama beach caddy!!!!! We had an amazing week in Marco Island and we are looking forward to booking with Dave next summer again.

Relaxing week in lovely condo

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely, condo, perfect for the two of us. Location across from the beach with private beach access made it simple to enjoy the sand and water. Filled with everything we needed- beach chairs, plenty of towels, beach umbrella, cooler, etc. Laundry facilities on 3rd floor for the building. Nice view of the pool with peeks of the Gulf across the street.

Everything is Included

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed, and nothing more; meaning the price was fantastic! Dave gives you a detailed list of local spots and recreation. The best was the private beach access and the view of the water from the balcony.

Beach Club Condo

The accommodations were perfect for the week we stayed. Everything that we needed for our stay was provided. The owner was very responsive to any question that we had. Great access to the beach and close to many great places to dine. We would highly recommend this condo.

GREAT VACATION AT MARCOS ISLAND

We stayed for a week at Dave`s condo in Marco`s island. Location is beautiful and very convenient condo amenities. We really enjoyed the beach and pool. We also got great use out of the BBQ`s poolside! We tried the local restaurants nearby and they are generally good. Our favourite was Da Vinci down the street from the condo. Very relaxing and stress free vacation. We would definitely return!

Wonderful vacation!

We just got back from our second stay at this condo, and it was just as awesome as our first stay last fall. The place is ideally located, just literally steps from the beach, with everything we needed for a stress-free week. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, the barbecue grills, and a couple of local restaurants - the ribs from Michaelbobs were amazing! The condo itself is clean and well-kept, and Dave was readily available to help if we needed it. We did some exploring of the whole Everglades area while we were there, but actually enjoyed the wildlife right on the island more. The highlights were seeing a couple of pairs of awesome Bald Eagles, as well as several comical burrowing owls. The Naples Botanical Gardens are only a short drive away, for those who can't get enough of the beautiful flowers in the area.

LOVED MARCO ISLAND!!

My father and I's first time to this part of Florida, and also to this specific condo. What a special treat it was. We stayed in a very spacious, clean, and well-kept condo in an amazing place! I recommend this vacation to all family and friends as I will be sure to refer any and everyone I know to not only check out Marco Island, but to rent the specific condo we did. The condo owner checked in multiple times and was always at the ready to ensure our stay was nothing but perfect. We are already getting excited to go back next year!

Perfect vacation!

I didnt really know what to expect having never been to Marco Island but everything was perfect! The condo had exactly what we needed and the proximity to the beach couldn't have been better. My kids (8 & 11) LOVED the pool and I loved the proximity to some amazing restaurants.
