Beautiful five bedroom, three bathroom vacation home is nestled in the woods of the Duna Vista Association. Within our private association is a white sandy beach on the shores of Lake Michigan, a heated in ground pool, clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, and playground.

Upstairs Amenities: This spacious home features three bedrooms upstairs, a master suite with a king size bed, full size crib and en suite bathroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one en suite in the master bedroom and another for the other two rooms to access. It has a full-sized kitchen stocked with cookware, silverware, dishes, stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. There is a dining room table with seating for up to 10 and additional seating on the walk-out deck for up to 10. The main living room has a 65-inch Smart TV with sofa seating for 10 people. After a day at the beach, enjoy the spacious deck that overlooks a large backyard surrounded by woods and dunes.

Downstairs Amenities: The lower level has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds total). There is a full size bathroom, a large common area with large screen smart tv, games, dining with seating for up to 8, and a walk-out ground level patio that accesses the large backyard. There is also an extra full size fridge in the garage..

Additional Info: There is a full size washer/dryer, a one car garage, and additional driveway parking spaces for up to 4 vehicles. The house has free wifi. There is central AC and heat. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED. Please do not use the fireplace in the living room. Maximum 12 people.

Linens needed: Sheets and pillowcases for 1 King, Crib Sheet, 2 Queen, 6 Twin, plus bathroom and kitchen towels and washcloths.
