Encantadora cabaña Pentwater con piscina de asociación y playa compartida del lago Michigan

Mucha playa queda aquí !!! ¡El aumento del nivel del agua del lago Michigan apenas ha hecho mella en nuestra playa súper amplia de asociación!

Pase sus días en la hermosa playa de arena de azúcar del lago Michigan o disfrute de todas las comodidades de la asociación (piscina, cancha de tenis, cancha de básquetbol, juegos infantiles). El acceso a la playa está a unos 12 minutos a pie o 2 minutos en coche. Esta cabaña recientemente actualizada se encuentra en una zona boscosa arbolada serena ubicada a 2 millas al norte del centro de Pentwater en la deseable asociación Duna Vista. La ubicación es perfecta para acceder a Pentwater o Ludington, que está a unas 15 millas al norte.

El piso de arriba tiene dos dormitorios, uno de los cuales tiene 2 camas individuales y el otro una cama queen size. El MBR está en el piso principal y tiene una cama queen size..

* La cabaña no tiene aire acondicionado central, pero MBR tiene aire acondicionado de ventana, y la habitación de arriba con cama queen tiene una unidad portátil de aire acondicionado. La casa está sombreada por varios árboles y la temperatura no ha sido un problema a menos que llegue a los 90.

* Debido al alto contenido mineral en el agua (agua de pozo) proporcionamos agua embotellada para cocinar / beber / etc..

* Lo sentimos, no se permiten mascotas debido a sensibilidades alérgicas en nuestra familia

Excellent Stay

Great location with a cozy sunroom to enjoy morning coffee watching the wild turkeys and deer. We explored the woods and saw a porcupine on our way to the beach to enjoy the stars on the beach of Lake Michigan.

Family Vacation

Ideal location and house for a wonderful Pentwater vacation! We loved the deck and outdoor eating area for our meals. The house is decorated perfectly and has been updated so nicely. We will definitely be back!!

Great family cottage destination

The house was cute and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the quiet setting with lots of trees and wildlife. We loved the deer that frequently came through the yard. It was nice to have access to a clean and quiet beach just a short drive away. The pool and clubhouse were also nice bonuses.

Perfect Location & Amenities

Spent a week with our family and couldn't have asked for anything more...well, except for maybe a little nicer weather! Cottage was clean, well-appointed and super comfy for our family of 5. It is nicely located close to 'downtown' Pentwater and the association's private beach alone, is well worth staying here for. Definitely interested in returning!

Perfect

We had a great time. House was perfect! Love the neighborhood is wooded and private. Also loved the private beach access, most of the time we had the beach to ourselves! Also enjoyed the heated pool and pickle ball courts. Nice to sit in the sun room and watch all the wildlife while drinking coffee. Also close to Luddington State park and Silver Lake Sand Dunes.

Great week in Michigan

We had a great time at this adorable cottage. Although the listing said you could walk we drove to the beach and pool. The walk was rather hilly for our family and all of our gear but driving was not a problem! We loved the private beach and the pool and spent most of our days at both. The house was comfortable and adorably decorated. It did get hot a few of the days we were there and we noticed the lack of AC but the listing prepared us for that. It was a great week!

Wonderful House and Location!

We took a weekend trip with close friends our kids to Michigan and stayed in this house. The house was spotless, well kept and accurate per the listing! We would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood is secluded, wooded and very quiet, which was perfect for what we were looking for!

Well Loved Cottage

Enjoyed our second stay at this Duna Vista cottage. Clean and well equipped home has everything you need including drinking water. Kitchen is stocked well and sun porch is a fantastic place to relax. Owner is responsive and easy to work with. Pentwater is a beautiful getaway!

The Perfect Oasis

Pentwater is near and dear to our hearts as we were married and have created memories here year after year. Typically, we have stayed in town but decided to stay off the beaten path this year. The house was a perfect location and felt so serene which added to our relaxation. The A/C units barely had to be run and the amenities provided suited us perfectly. Communication with the owner was seamless and timely. The private beach was by far our favorite. We would recommend this house to our family and friends as well!

Darling vacation cottage with a great host.

Our two adult “children” and their families loved this attractive cottage. It was well equipped with a modern kitchen, bath, and laundry room. The little ones loved playing in the protected area of the screened-in porch. We have already booked it again for our Pentwater stay next year. Great rental and welcoming host.

Peace among the trees

The treehouse was the perfect getaways if you're looking to relax and retreat. The house has a great open concept for all main living spaces. The colors and decor were refreshing and serene. Jason was a great host who responded in a timely manner. His great stock of mixed glasses for wine and cocktails looked like a cubbard out of Pier 1 Imports. If you have young kids there is not a big lawn for them to roam, but the private association Beach was gorgeous and only a handful of people every time. We were unable to use the pool because they were installing a new heater system. It will be great for the next group who stays. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Relaxing in pentwater!

It was a beautiful cottage! We had a great time…went on long runs on the beach, played tennis and basketball, and cooked delicious meals in a nicely equipped kitchen. Great place to reconnect with family and friends. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful week

We found the house to be very clean and comfortable, and the location was outstanding. The single bathroom worked out for the 5 of us and there was so much to do that we'll have to come back! Because the house offered such a variety of inside and outside spaces, we were able to relax right away. It was truly our best family vacation in years.

Excellent All Around!

We vacationed at this rental with our three grandchildren and we all had plant of room! Great rental property! Easy and fast communication with owners. Clean, fully stocked with cookware and all kinds of extra bedding, linens and towels. Loved private access to the swimming pool and beach at Lake Michigan! Very nice place.

Super quiet wooded neighborhood. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Pentwater. Private beach. Messages from owner were informative and very accommodating. Would consider renting again.

Nice Cottage

Wonderful Location, Amenities, Host

Wonderful spot in Dune Vista association, tucked into the woods. We especially loved the sun room at the cottage, clean pool, beautiful and spacious private beach, and everyone was very friendly in the neighborhood. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with for anything we needed. It’s a beautiful location!

Beautiful fall getaway

My hubby and two of our best friends had a fabulous weekend exploring Mears, Pentwater, & Ludington. This property was super cute, very clean, and perfect for our relaxing weekend. The location was great...allowed us a chance to explore the sand dunes of Silver Lake and trails at Ludington State Park. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful...every neighbor we passed gave friendly waves & greetings. The owner, Jason, was very communicative and helpful...he gave us great suggestions for local restaurants and hiking spots. I would 100% recommend this property to friends and am already hoping for a repeat visit next year!

My wife and I purchased this property in the Fall of 2015. We are both Michigan natives and have enjoyed going 'Up North' for most of our lives. It was in highschool that we first discovered Pentwater and then were fortunate enough to 're-discover' it nearly 25 years later. We live in the suburbs of Detroit and love that it only takes about 3 1/2 hours to get to Pentwater.

This property was perfect for us because we saw the potential that it had and are always up for a project! For us, the location is the perfect mix of a quiet get-away with a wooded setting, while having access to the great association amenities and the beautiful town of Pentwater. We have been updating/renovating the house since Fall 2015. While all the major work is complete, there are still some minor projects (exterior painting, etc.) we will continue to work on...
