Welcome to our stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach retreat, situated directly on the pristine white sands of Florida's family friendly Indian Rocks Beach. This exceptional location offers breathtaking views of the Gulf. To the east, enjoy the quaint 12th Avenue Park, the south, a small public parking space, the north, is one of Indian Rocks Beach's original beach cottages.
Our beach haven is meticulously designed to provide you and your family with everything you need to relax and rejuvenate.
Upon arrival, guests will find convenient covered parking for one vehicle under the building. The building's design includes a single flight of stairs from the parking leading to a semi-private entrance to our condo on the second floor, providing easy access while maintaining a sense of exclusivity.
The unit boasts an open-concept layout that seamlessly integrates the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating an inviting and spacious environment.
The living room offers cozy, comfortable and stunning beach / sunset views, opening to a private balcony ideal for morning coffee or evening cool drinks. It is the perfect place to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of the Gulf and all that it has to offer!
The kitchen is ideal for preparing meals while enjoying the views and is equipped with dinnerware, silverware, cutlery, and cooking essentials. The dining room seats 6, plus extra seating at the kitchen bar.
The condo features 2 large bedrooms with ample storage and closet space. In addition, there's a bunk nook (a converted master closet) perfect for kids and young teens.
The master bath features double sinks and a walk-in shower; the hall bath has a shower/tub combo.
