Family Fun

Second time staying in this unit! Plan to come back again next year as we really enjoy the location and the property grounds.The kids love the pool and the adults love the beach!!

The two of us had a great stay at this condo. The condo was clean and had all of the kitchen supplies we needed. All of the appliances and washer/dryer were in great shape. All of the furniture was comfortable. There was a great direct view of the beach and ocean from the balcony, and the walk to the beach was minimal. We also enjoyed the pool. The location was near to several good restaurants. We appreciated the recycle bins and the covered parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The office was right across the street, so there was no problem picking up the keys beforehand and dropping them off after the week ended.

Perfect beach stay

This beach house was perfect for our Florida trip. The condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We loved that we could walk to good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

My husband, two adult children and I enjoyed everything about this condo. Well equipped to cook and visit the beach. There is plenty of comfy seating in the living space so we could all stretch out. Can't beat the location. It's beautiful and the sunsets are amazing. Thanks for such a great vacation spot!

Kids vacation

Love the small 4 unit complex…love being able to park underneath this keeping your car cool. Ocean view from the condo “Perfect” updated bathrooms…washer and dryer in the unit. ZERO complaints on this place.

Family Vacation

Our family of four (kids 4 and 8 years old) loved the area! We spent a week and thankfully the weather was great; property is directly on the beach (as described), which is one of our must haves. It had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of space for the four of us to spread out. The only minor issue is that public beach access is directly next to the condo we stayed at but it wouldn’t stop us from coming back to this property!

Great view!

We really liked this condo - it was clean, the furniture was comfortable and the view off the balcony is perfect. My only minor complaint is that with where the main bedroom sits the noise level and bright morning sun is less than desirable. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Week

Its a great location, not only being steps away from the beach, but it’s close to many great restaurants and shops. We had an issue with the door lock and Sharon came with her handyman within minutes around 8:00 in the evening! Looking forward to many more beautiful sunsets at Plan Sea!

We had to evacuate on our 3rd day because of the hurricane! The condo was perfect but we were disappointed that we had our stay cut short.

Wonderful location and condo

We loved our vacation at the condo. My husband is disabled and had a hard time with the stairs. We now know we need an elevator or bungalow. The condo is spacious and the host a real asset. The response to any problem or question is immediate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Great view, great neighbor above, great location. The property manager was responsive and check in was super easy. Room for improvement: Kitchen pans all need replaced, unit average 1-2 palmetto bugs per day for a week and a half. They sprayed the unit and building and they seemed to slow. Furniture needs replaced. Sink was backed up and the dryer ruined a couple shorts. Lose the keys and get a code like everyone else. That was annoying to manage keys on the beach with three people.

Great location!

Great location to the water, steps from the beach! The location really sells this property! Some things are outdated…bathrooms look to recently have been remodeled and are nice! The kitchen could use some sprucing up with new pots/pans, and actual liners in the cabinets and drawers (as opposed to current paper towels lining them). The master mattress pad was stained and really should be replaced as it appears dirty. Overall cleanliness of the property could be improved upon!

Cozy Beach Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at Sea Plan and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo is clean and comfortable with amazing sunset views from the patio. The beach is just steps away, and the pool offers welcome relief from the Florida heat. The condo is well situated for an easy drive to local restaurants and attractions, but also has everything you need to stay in and cook your own meals. Beach chairs and towels are provided as are personal care items like soap, shampoo kitchen, and laundry cleaners. We are so happy to have found this vacation spot and can't wait to visit again next year.

The condo is always clean and well maintained. You're literally only steps away from the beach. The nightly sunsets can only be described as breathtaking! There are several restaurants in walking distance and even a few shops for buying souvenirs. There are only 4 condos in this unit which makes for no crowds and plenty of room on the beach. If you're looking for a quiet,comfortable, beautiful location, this is definitely it! We're planning our next trip already!!

Beachside Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo for a week in Sept 2022. The location is beautiful with direct beach access and awesome sunset views. The area is relatively quiet and within easy walking/driving distance to all amenities. There's a small pool offering additional opportunities to relax and cool off from the hot FL sun. The condo itself was clean and tastefully decorated. It has all the necessary equipment needed for a short or long-term stay. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Beach towels and chairs (2) are provided. Would definitely recommend to friends and plan on renting this unit again in the future.

Highly Recommend

My family (me ,my husband and two daughters (18 & 21) stayed 12/30/23-1/6/24. We had a great time! The condo was large and very clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The king bed was very comfortable. Spacious living room with a nice sized TV - to watch Michigan win the Rose Bowl on- Go Blue! The patio furniture appeared new and was very comfy and sturdy. The pool area was great- we didn’t go in the pool, but we used the lounge chairs everyday- they were new and we were the only ones using them all week. Some of the reviews mentioned there weren’t enough chairs by the pool or them being broken - that wasn’t the case for us. The condo had 2 new Tommy Bahama Beach chairs and a third beach chair for us to use on the beach- along with beach towels. The beach was as beautiful as it always is at IRB. Beautiful sunsets! Taylor at Seaside properties was great to work with and the check in/out process was very easy. I would definitely recommend this unit. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Our visit was 2 weeks post Milton and we were so impressed with the community clean up and restaurants availability. We are looking to be back in 2025!!
