Welcome to Eagle’s Perch Retreat, a breathtaking oceanfront getaway in Nanoose Bay. Perched on a high bank waterfront, this beautifully appointed home offers panoramic views of the Salish Sea, where eagles soar overhead, and marine life thrives below. This is truly a special location.
Wake up to the sunrise from one deck & end the day with the brilliant colours of a sunset from the other. This serene retreat is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to relax and reconnect with nature.
Eagle`s Perch Retreat is available for long term rent during the off season, please contact us for available dates and rates.
This air conditioned home can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
The house features an open concept layout and large picture windows that show case the spectacular ocean front of Nanoose Bay. The house is filled with warm natural light during the day and breathtaking sunsets in the evening.
Guests are welcome to use the wood burning fireplace during their stay. We ask that Duraflame logs be used/burned when operating the fireplace. They are quick and easy to light, environmentally friendly, and clean burning. Please do not use `fire wood` or wood debris from the property, this is a potential a safety hazard. We provide 1 complimentary Duraflame log per stay.
There are 2 large decks to sit, relax, BBQ and enjoy meals with friends and family. The deck off the living room has ocean views and comfortable outdoor furniture for guests enjoyment.
The living room features a Smart TV mounted on the wall; guests are welcome to use their Netflix account and stream their favourite apps.
Enjoy a small library of books and board games to play.
Each bed is fitted with a new mattresses , comfortable pillows and high quality lux linens for your best night’s sleep. Enjoy magnificent ocean views from every bedroom in the house.

The lower Level Bedroom features 2 queen beds
Guests will use a set of stairs to access this bedroom. This space generally stays cooler even on warm days as it`s located on the lower level of the house. Additionally, there are 2 table fans for guests to use.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals and dine in while you enjoy the ocean view. Complimentary coffee, tea and sugar are provided. Start your day off on the right foot with a cup of coffee sitting on the deck admiring the ocean views and serene nature of the west coast. The dining table sits up to 6 people, and the deck located off the kitchen features an outdoor table/chairs for 6 people. The BBQ is also located on this deck.
NOTE: The coffee machine is a Hamilton Beach Flex Brew; makes single serve coffee with K-cup or use ground coffee to make 12 cups in the carafe. Complimentary ground coffee is provided; guests are welcome to bring their favourite K cups for single brewed coffee.
Two newly renovated bathrooms include heated floors and upgrades. Both bathrooms are located on the main floor of the house. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other bathroom has a glass enclosed shower. Bathroom essential provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
Guest are welcome to use the washer/dryer and complimentary laundry detergent during their stay.
The property does not have direct access to the water, guests can access a public beach front located just a few doors down.
The Eagle`s Perch Retreat is not suitable for children under 6 years old. The house is located on a steep embankment over looking the ocean; with potential safety risks for young children.
This is not a pet friendly home
Parking: there is parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. No parking on the street.
No pets allowed.
Only Duraflame logs be used/burned when operating the fireplace. They are quick and easy to light, environmentally friendly, and clean burning. Please do not use `fire wood` or wood debris from the property, this is a potential a safety hazard. We provide 1 complimentary Duraflame log per stay.
