This 5-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Fallbrook. The adorable property features plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind. This unique mediterranean design estate is new renovated, elevated position provides peaceful and panoramic views. The home offers complete privacy and modern comforts. The home has been completely renovated to modern/contemporary standards with Spanish and Moracco style elements. It's opened for booking in June 2025.

The property stays naturally cool and the refreshing ocean breeze that arrive daily in the afternoon, reducing the need for air conditioning.

Guests have access to the entire property except for the garage and storage shed.

Pool cleaner comes every week for 30-40 mins
Gardener comes every 1-2 days for 40-60 mins yard cleaning and moves trash on Wednesday.

The pool is immaculately maintained and ready year-round. Pool heating is not included in the booking price; you can enjoy heating for an additional cost of $100 per day. The fee must be agreed upon and paid in advance.

$80 for Spa per day due to the energy costs. $150 for pool and Spa per day for 4 hour.

We request our guests to minimize energy waster by switching off lights and air conditioning if not at home.

Guests may throw away 13 gallons of trash per day, which must be packed in trash bags and placed in trash cans. We may charge extra trash fee for more than one of 13 gallons trash bag per day.

Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as guests). We prefer all the guests could be check-in the same time. Please let host know if you have late check-in.

We don’t host weddings. No wedding party; no bachelor party.

2. Events, parties or gathering are strictly prohibited at the home.
3. No smoking in or around the house. No drugs of any kind allowed.
4. Please don't move any furniture in and out of the room.
5. We won't be able to accommodate any pet.
6. No early check-on or late check-out (International guests or out state guests travel by airplane can drop languages off earlier).
7. The home sits on a large private property, the sound does travel through our valley and so we ask that guests please respect quite hours(10pm-8am) and our neighbors.
