Delicioso grupo de trulli de gran encanto y encanto, inmerso en el campo en la frontera entre el Valle de Itria y Salento, rodeado de olivos centenarios, almendros y tunas. Las playas de Bandera Azul 2017 de Ostuni están a 15 km. Casa muy tranquila, equipada con todas las comodidades y amueblada con especial cuidado.
Comedor con chimenea y mesa para 8 personas; Mesa exterior para 14 personas a la sombra de un antiguo olivo. Cada una de las tres habitaciones dobles tiene un baño privado y está equipada con acceso independiente también desde el exterior para una total independencia. Piscina y duchas exteriores.

Patrizia's house is beautiful, everything, both inside and outside, has been maintained with care. Puglia is a nice region, not as busy as the more famous Italian regions.

Absolutely amazing stay with magnificent eye for detail

This house is so tastefully designed. A true gem. Garden and interior are perfect for young children. Also the location is close to the cutest cities. Wifi signal and all mentioned amenities are 5*. And thanks to the fantastic host Patrizia we were ensured of a splendid stay. We all want to come back to Trulli dello Gelso Rosso.

Ein Traum

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr Wohl gefühlt. Wunderschönes Trullo in ländlicher Umgebung, mit allem was man für einen entspannten und entschleunigenden Urlaub braucht. Da wir verkehrsbedingt erst spät angereist sind, hat uns Patrizia alles für ein erstes Frühstück in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Sogar eine Flasche Wein und Prosecco um auf unseren Urlaub anzustoßen. Wirklich ganz toll ist der riesige Pool, den wir bei den heißen Temperaturen genossen haben. Man ist sehr privat, es gibt keine sichtbaren Nachbarn, was uns immer wichtig ist. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Alles vorhanden. Es wurde sogar nach 1 Woche komplett gereinigt sowie die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Patrizia war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr, sehr herzlich. Wir können das Haus wärmstes weiterempfehlen!

Frequentiamo la Puglia da molti anni ma senza dubbio questa è stata una delle migliori esperienze. La casa è molto accogliente e ottimamente corredata, meravigliose le ceramiche. Pur non essendoci aria condizionata la casa è fresca e si dorme molto bene. Per non parlare dei dehor che creano salotti en plain air. Patrizia padrona di casa a 5 stelle! Grazie !!

Séjour enchanteur au milieu des oliviers!

Nous sommes partis en famille et nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans le joli Trulli de Patrizia! Le cadre est très soigné, les enfants ont pu jouer de longues heures dans la piscine à débordement et nous avons chacun trouvé un endroit où s’allonger afin de bouquiner un peu! Nous avons partagé de bons repas à l’ombres des oliviers centenaires . La décoration intérieure est raffinée et la cuisine très bien équipée! Nou avons également apprécié la proximité de villes pleines de charme comme Ostuni et Ceglie! Sabrina, la personne de contact sur place, est au petit soin afin de s’assurer du bon déroulement du séjour. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir la contacter facilement! Nous remercions Patrizia, la propriétaire, pour les nombreux conseils et adresses (restaurants, activités...) qui nous ont été d’une grande aide! Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés!!

Great stay at this Trullo

Great to return to Puglia and the trullo is well located with easy access to Ceglie and Carovigno as well as Ostuni. Very quiet location yet close to these towns. Property was well stocked, very clean and as described. Patrizia was lovely in introducing the property and also checked in via whatsapp a few days later to make sure we were ok. Sabrina who lives locally was also helpful with a very smooth and easy end of rental check out process. You need a car for this holiday of course but is great for seaside access as well with quiet beaches in the month of May and likely June- sea already warm enough. We loved the trullos multiple outdoor space. One thing to note that, of the 3 bedrooms, one is independent and not connected to living area. Worked well for us though. Thank you Patrizia and Sabrina. Would be happy to stay here again for a lovely family holdiay

magnifique Trulli au milieu des oliviers

Nous sommes 3 couples d'amis de la Suisse qui avons passé 11 jours magniques dans le beauTrulli del Gelso Rosso. Un endroit idyllique au milieux des oliviers, d'un calme absolu (à part l'aboiement de quelques chiens durant la nuit). Le Trulli est magnifiquement équipé, 2 belles chambres à coucher avec salle de bains en Suite, une chambre à coucher avec salle de bain un peu moins confortable (il faut sortir de la maison pour aller dans la chambre) (il serait peut être bien de le mentionner dans la description). Le jardin est absolument magnifique, très bien soigné, la piscine superbe, nous avons apprécié les nombreuses possibilités de s'asseoir à l'extérieur (au choix au soleil ou à l'ombre), les nombreux Sofas et coussins, ainsi que le grand Barbecue avec cuisine extérieur. Quant à la cuisine intérieur, elle est très bien agencée, rien n'y fait défaut. Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuné du 1er jour après notre arrivée ainsi que la machine à Café Nespresso capsules comprises. A notre arrivée nous avons très cordialement été accueilli par Sabrina, une personne de contact très charmante, toujours à notre disposition durant tout le séjour. Merci Patrizia de mettre à disposition des vacanciers une si belle demeure. Nous ne pouvons que la conseiller (pour 6 personnes idéal )

Shhhh - this place is even better than the pictures!!

We were a group of three couples staying at Patrizia's country trulli. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We met the lovely Sabrina in Cegli Messapica and followed her to to the trulli down lovely stone wall flanked lanes and olive groves, until we reached the trulli. The trulli itself is gorgeous - beautifully appointed, with every little thing thought of in order to make a comfortable and beautiful stay. The kitchen is fully stocked - even though it is small, we could still manage to get three of us in there. Internet is good everywhere on the property. There are three lovely ensuited bedrooms, although one of them is quite a bit smaller than the other two. That was not a problem though, as we spent 99% of our time outside in any of the many beautiful spots to sit.The pool is gorgeous, and we ate our breakfasts and evening meals outside every night if we were home. It was hard to decide to go exploring away from the trulli, because we loved just staying on the property! We had Sabrina and her mother in law come one evening to demonstrate the cooking of a typical Puglian meal - we tried our hand at pasta making.....we need more practice to keep up with Enza! It was a lovely time with those two charismatic women, and the meal was delicious. I hope to return to Patrizia's trulli and would recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable, quiet and visually lovely vacation home away from home. Thank you!

Zauberhaftes Domizil in einem herrlichen, sehr großen Garten

Wir sind 2 vielgereiste Münchner, die schon sehr viele Hotelvillen und private Unterkünfte erlebt haben - diese Trulli sind definitiv außergewöhnlich schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert worden :). Es gibt wunderbare Plätze zum Frühstücken in absoluter Ruhe und mit viel Sonne oder alternativ auch im Schatten unter einem Feigenbaum. Auch der Grillplatz mit einer Außenküche ist hervorragend angelegt und ideal zum Abendessen..., die frischen Kräuter (Salbei, Rosmarin, Thymian, Minze) findet man in Hülle und Fülle direkt im Garten. Der große Pool lädt zum ausgiebigen Schwimmen ein und bietet am Poolrand, durch die erhöhte Lage meist mit einer leichten Brise, einen wunderbaren Platz zum Sonnenbräunen. Zahlreiche Städte in der näheren Umgebung sind sehenswert und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen, z.B. für Ausflüge am Nachmittag (Alberobello, Ostuni, Lecce, Matera, Gallipoli, Locorotondo...), am Meer hat uns der Abschnitt der Sanddünen im Naturpark Torre Canne gut gefallen sowie weiter südlich Torre Santa Sabina (gut, direkt erreichbar über Carovigno) mit einem kleinen Sandstrand (Liegen/Schirme zu mieten) und einer trendy Bar direkt auf den Klippen. Wir können die Trulli von Patrizia absolut empfehlen und möchten uns herzlich bei Patrizia für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken sowie bei Sabrina für ihren Service!

Ein kleines Paradies auf Erden

Wir waren im Juni 3 Wochen Gäste in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen und verbrachten einen einmalig schönen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es liegt sehr ruhig mitten in der Natur, umgeben von vielen Olivenbäumen. Der Pool ist fantastisch und lädt zum ausgiebigen Schwimmen ein. Ein großer überdachter Schattenplatz direkt am Pool mit bequemen Sitzbänken und Liegen bieten ausreichen Schutz vor zu viel Sonne. Zwei Essplätze verteilt unter schattigen Bäumen, sowie ein gemütlicher Sitzplatz direkt am Haus und eine Cocktaillounge beim Pool ermöglichen einen Aufenthalt im Freien von morgens bis spät abends. Garten und Pool sind nachts romantisch beleuchtet. Ein großzügiger Grillplatz rundet das Angebot ab. Ceglie Massapica ist in nur 10 Minuten zu erreichen und bietet ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine reichhaltige Gastronomie, von kleinen Trattorien mit Hausmannskost bis hin zur Feinschmeckergastronomie mit Michelinauszeichnung. Die herrlichen Sandstrände sind in 25 (Marina Ostuni) – 35 Minuten (Naturpark Torre Guacetto) zu erreichen. Sabrina, die Betreuerin, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas wissen wollte oder etwas benötigte. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Patrizia, die uns diesen herrlichen Urlaub ermöglichte und die mit ihrer herzlichen und freundschaftlichen Art immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen und Wünsche hatte. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Authentic Puglia

What a wonderful way to immerse yourself in the laid-back Apulian lifestyle. Our week-long stay at the trulli started with an afternoon sitting in the back gardens watching far off thunderstorms roll over the olive groves, and enjoying a roaring fire set between cozy reading nooks. The rest of the week was just as charming. There were only two of us and we enjoyed having the space, but the property would be well suited for several couples or a family. The pool was in excellent repair and we used it daily (and at night, it’s lovely lit up). The kitchen was small but well equipped, perfect for one cook. The bed was very firm, not my preference but comfortable all the same. The bathroom was simple and fine. There was a slightly damp smell in the building, it had rained a lot before we arrived. It didn’t bother us, we had the windows open, but someone with allergies might have minded. Remember to add soap and shampoo to your packing list. WiFi was very good and reached out to the pool, we couldn’t find any English channels on the TV but didn’t miss it. We made good use of the outdoor barbecue pit set beneath an old olive tree, just because we could. The mosquitos were bad, but we had spray, and wine. As far as location, the trulli is tucked into a flat, rural-feeling neighbourhood of acreage properties, very quiet but for a neighbour’s dog. It's perfectly situated for day trips to Puglia's highlights. Ceglie Messapica is a sleepy stunner of a town worth exploring for foodies, just about a 10 minutes drive away, full of restaurants from family style to trendy cafes to Michelin starred, and Ostuni has a Saturday market, a fishmonger, and a well stocked supermarket where we picked up lots of local product. Sabrina was great, very attentive and accessible, and Patrizia was also good to deal with throughout the booking process. Highly recommended.

I'm sorry for the feeling of moisture but this year, oddly enough for the season, in August and September is always rained ...... and was too hot to turn on the heater .... We are building the new outdoor kitchen with barbecue, so I hope you come to try it

Einfach nur zauberhaft!

Wir haben eine zauberhafte Woche in diesen Trulli verbracht. Das Trulli liegt mitten in einem traumhaften Garten. Der angelegte Teil ist so gut gemacht, dass man permanent seine Kamera zücken möchte und in dem naturbelassenen Bereich findet man allerlei Früchte, was besonders für unsere Kinder faszinierend war. Aber nicht nur im Garten fühlt man sich sofort wohl, sondern auch im Haus. Alles ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gemacht und dennoch funktional. Ich habe bisher noch keine besser ausgestattete Küche in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt. Man merkt sehr schnell, daß die Vermieterin Patrizia selbst teilweise hier wohnt. Obwohl die Küche klein ist, ist sie so gut organisiert, daß das Kochen eine Freude war. Ebenso liebevoll waren alle anderen Zimmer ausgestattet. Sabrina –als Ansprechperson vor Ort ist überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück für den ersten Morgen ist einfach perfekt! Ebenso liebten wir die Nespresso-Maschine, welche wir auch besitzen. So kam schon mit dem Kaffee am Morgen ein Heimatgefühl auf – nur mit etwas mehr Sonne und mehr Ruhe als in unserem verregneten und hektischen Berlin. Vielen Dank für diese traumhaften Tage. Wir kommen gern wieder bzw. empfehlen das Trulli an Freunde weiter. Liebe Grüße Carmen & Familie

Wunderbarer Ort

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche im Trulli verbracht. Das Trulli hat eine herrliche Lage mitten in der Natur und trotzdem ist man schnell in Cellie oder Ostuni. Im Garten und Haus fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Alles ist liebe- und geschmacksvoll eingerichtet, so dass wir uns hier sehr gut entspannen konnten. Die technischen Einrichtungen funktionierten tadellos und unsere Betreuerin Sabrina war immer zur Stelle wenn wir sie brauchten, ohne aufdringlich sein. Einen ganz herzlichen Dank an Patrizia und Sabrina, die uns diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt ermöglichten. Kaspar und Claudia

Una casa di vacanza ideale

Se mi avessero chiesto di immaginare la mia casa di vacanza ideale in Puglia, questa si rispecchia perfettamente nei 'Trulli del gelso rosso'. Una tipica dimora di campagna immersa nella natura, appartata ma non lontana da un centro abitato, essenziale ma confortevole, elegante ma senza eccessi. Il contesto: la bellissima e verde Valle d'Itria, coi suoi colori e profumi, la sua terra rossa, a volte aspra ma generosa, coi suoi ulivi secolari, le viti, le querce, gli alberi di fico, i mandorli ed i suoi orti. La posizione: lontana dai fragori vacanzieri, tuttavia a breve distanza da Ceglie Messapica, rinomata per la sua tradizione gastronomica, e dalla più famosa Ostuni, la 'città bianca'. I Trulli: una bella ristrutturazione nel rispetto della tradizione, l'uso di materiali locali, la cura dei particolari, la sistemazione degli spazi esterni con arredi dal sapore esotico che invitano al relax ed alla convivialità. E poi la bella piscina a sfioro d'acqua salata che non ci ha fatto rimpiangere il mare e le spiagge troppo affollate. Da ultimo, ma non per questo meno importante, anzi...: la cortesia e la disponibilità di Patrizia, la proprietaria, che ci ha accolto personalmente e ci ha fornito indicazioni preziose sui dintorni, nonché la discrezione e cortesia del personale addetto alla cura della proprietà, che ringraziamo per questa bellissima vacanza.

Almost perfection

This is a beautiful and sensitive conversion, with stone finishes, stone basins and small touches inside and outside that feel just right. The dining and lounge areas were fine for 6 people. The narrow galley kitchen took a bit of getting used to, but it was so well-equipped that we were still finding new things at the end of the week! There is a good amount of seating space outside, enough for people to disappear off into a corner if they want to read a book or listen to some music, while the others chat. The pool is lovely, a good size for proper swimmers, and was still warm enough at the beginning of October to swim in. The property is in the middle of an olive grove, surrounded by similar properties, but not at all overlooked. We enjoyed strolling round the boundary, collecting pomegranates, quinces and walnuts. It is very well located for the charming nearby towns: we visited Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino, Locorotondo and Alberobello (still busy at this time of year but not too bad), as well as the prehistoric excavations at Egnazia and the lovely baroque town of Lecce, which we reached by train, highly recommended. There are many restaurants in each of these locations, which we enjoyed sampling. However, there were some drawbacks. We were badly bitten by mosquitoes and some other insect that brought us out in big red patches, this despite the insect screens on every door and window. The lights kept flickering in the house as the water pump turned on and off, although we turned off the main pool supply, as Patrizia suggested. This did not matter in the day but was annoying at night. The room in the annexe is by no means as spacious and beautiful as the two main bedrooms and it was hard to get a steady temperature in its shower. But all in all, it was a most enjoyable week in a lovely property in an interesting area.

Beautiful Trulli in Puglia

Trulli Del Gelso Rosso is a most wonderful place. The renovation is chic, stylish, and beautifully in keeping with the tradition of the Trulli. The surrounding area and gardens are spectacular, and my family and I have fallen in love with this amazing Villa. I highly recommend this villa and I have stayed in some of the finest in Puglia. Perfectly Puglia

We spent a week at this incredible trulli with our three children in July. We have travelled many places and we all agreed this is the most beautiful spot of all. The trull is even more perfect than the photos. It is so well maintained and spotless inside and out. It is very stylish yet also very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. From the rain shower to the Nespresso machine and the incredilbe Italian ceramics in the kitchen…we felt truly spoiled. There was a bottle of chilled wine and food for breakfast when we arrived which was much appreciated. There is a great grocery store a short drive from the trulli which makes shopping very easy. Patrizia, the owner, was delightful to deal with from start to finish. Her agent, Sabrina, greeted us at the trulli and gave us lots of information about the trulli itself and directions to everything we needeed. Sabrina was available at any time if we needed anything. If you stay at the trulli, you must book a cooking class with Sabrina and her lovely mother. We had a hands-on class where we learned to make traditional Puglian specialties. We all had lots of fun trying to roll the orrechiette pasta! We sat down to a superb meal afterward. The trulli is absolutely stunning inside. We truly fell in love with the outdoor spaces Patrizia has created. There is a shady breakfast table in the garden, a lounging area perfect for a pre-dinner and after dinner drink, a gorgeous wooden dinner table under an olive tree, and a hanging bed which was perfect for napping. With three kids, the pool was the highlight! It is clean and warm and absolutely gorgeous. We had to force ourselves to stop sunning and swimming to go out and explore the towns close by! The trulli is located close to all of the beauitful towns of Puglia - Ostuni, Martina Franca and Alberobello were our favourites. We drove to Lecce as well. The beach is very close by. Sabrina recommended we go to Lido Stella. We loved it so much we went twice! There is a 5 euro fee to park your car in a nice shady spot. There are loungers and umbrellas for rent, great food, change rooms and washrooms and very friendly staff. Don't miss it! From start to finish, the trulli was perfection. We truly thank Patrizia and Sabrina for making our week in Puglia one we will never forget.

Vacanza nella valle d Itria

Mi è sembrato di arrivare a casa mia tanto il trullo della sig patrizia mi corrispondeva! A mio parere veramente bello raffinato curato e mai eccessivo ! La si patrizia e stata molto gentile e accogliente . Consiglierei decisamente un soggiorno in questa splendida location ! Spero di poter tornare magari col sole !

Great stay at Partizia's Trulli

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The trulli exceeded our expectations in every way. It is decorated and furnished with great taste, everything we could need was available and thought of, from all the kitchen utensils to the very nice pool towels and pillows, the condiments for cooking, the bottle of wine, the bikes, etc. The setting is amazing and we really enjoyed our daily breakfasts under the shade of the olive tree, picking some fruits and almonds from the trees, relaxing by the pool (the water was the perfect temperature) and having BBQ at night. The location of the Trulli was also very convenient to visit the nearby towns of Ceglie M. and Ostuni. We would wholeheartedly recommend the Trulli to anyone wishing to vacation in Puglia.
