Cozy 3BR Gem in North Center

Thank you for your kind feedback! We’re glad you found the space welcoming and cozy and appreciate your recommendation. We apologize for the delay in receiving the key and for the verification process feeling more involved than expected — these steps are in place to ensure safety and smooth check-ins, but we understand they can feel unfamiliar. We’d like to clarify that we do not use chatbots; all messages are sent by real members of our team. We’re sorry if the communication felt impersonal at any point and appreciate your understanding. We hope to welcome you back in the future.

Thank you for your feedback! I’m glad to hear the apartment was perfect for your weekend getaway and that everything went smoothly once you arrived. I understand that the check-in process felt a bit cumbersome. The building requires extra information for security reasons, which can feel formal, but it helps keep guests safe. I appreciate your patience and your thoughtful comments—they help me make the process clearer for future guests.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you found the unit clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, and that it provided good value for the neighborhood. Regarding the request for personal information, we understand it may have felt excessive. The building is self check-in, and for security purposes, building management requires the full names and ages of all guests to ensure everyone’s safety. Please rest assured that this information is kept secure. We appreciate your understanding and hope that despite the initial concerns, you still enjoyed your stay.
