Great spot and location for the price

Perfect location with tons of amenities. The pool is the best we have ever stayed at. Unit was cute and spacious. There are some really nice recent updates and upgrades to the room and it looks like there are more to come. Easy check-in and check-out process and good communication. I would recommend having some additional bedding, linens and towels with a place that sleeps up to 8. Couch and furniture are pretty worn down in living room but nothing that a little slip cover couldn’t fix. All in all it was a cute place and awesome value for the price.

If you are traveling w 8 people to the room, this location isn’t for you. Unless you have small children. We had to buy pans and utensils for our stay. The elevator of course is the worse part of the property. We have been to this property before on another co do many years ago and it wasn’t bad, but now it is. Also, there was many shootings while there. Behind the condo and in front of the condo. We couldn’t go out on beach at night due to shootings. As a big family of 8 we will not be staying here again. Mrs. Sue the management of the condo was amazing to talk to. She had walked me through everything I needed to do. Sue you are amazing!! Overall if you have a big family of 8 w teens I wouldn’t recommend, but if you have small children then it’s good to go. Not enough sitting in living room for 8 people.

The condo itself was nice, but the building really needs to work on the elevators and parking deck. The beach water around this location was full of grass or something and dirty looking but none of which is the renters fault. The room was beautiful and stocked with necessities we needed for the night❤️

Great Vacation Place!

Perfect for 7 of us to sleep! Beds weren’t all that comfy but location was great and place was very nice and had a FANTASTIC view! Concierge desk staff was VERY RUDE and the parking deck does take a while to get up and down and do not walk alone in the parking deck because there were a few sketchy people. But other than that we had a great stay and tiki bar was great!

Great beaches and pool

Condo was big enough for the five of us. Pool was beautiful except for if they gave clouds within 2-3 miles, they close the pool. Elevators are the worse part of the whole vacation. Room was fairly clean, 3 beer cans found under the sofas and 1 under the bed. The tub in the master bathroom was cracked horizontally and old exploded coke was still on the ceiling and ice box. Minimal pots and cooking utensils. Overall good condo except some rules that are ridiculous

It would be nice to have more eating spots and the fridge door wouldn't stay closed so stuff in the door didn't stay cold. The condo was nice the only complaint would be the elevators are very slow and the parking garage is crazy how you enter and exit the same path. If you have a large vehicle it is very tight!

Parking and elevators

I will never stay at the shores of panama again. The property and room was beautiful however parking was a nightmare. Took 2 hours to go across street to walmart and back due to parking and trying to get in and out of garage. Elevators were overcrowded and no one was wearing a mask. Took 45 mins to get elevator to go down to beach. It is also a party place. Partying all hours of night with ppl screaming and drunk. Not an ideal place for an infant. I will be going back to the summit condos.

Was ok, probally won't go back.

Room was nice, has good layout and size. Kids liked the bunk beds. We did have an issue 2 days before checkout. The freezer on the fridge stopped working then came back on and the water from the ice maker would not stop running. After looking behind the fridge there had been long term water damage on the walls and cabinets. The parking garage is just a mess half the time, parking spaces are hard to find and navigate since half are reserved and the rest open. Elevators are everyone's biggest sticking points which can take awhile to get to you. Pool is nice and big and the kids seemed to really have fun everyday, food was good as well. Although we had a beautiful view, I am not sure this place would be worth returning from the items mentioned.

Loud and rude. Stay somewhere else.

Very loud lots of banging, slamming doors, loud music, swearing and place constantly smells of marijuana. Noise until 3 am. You cannot sleep. We have a son with a disability who very much dislikes wrist bands and they forced him to wear it to sit at pool. I have stayed at a lot of places this was worst. Tried to call every number I could find to complain at 3 am but could not get anyone to answer phone.

Great unit

This unit was great! There were 6 of us, me and my husband, 16 year old, 14 year old, 7 year old and 4 year old. The bedroom layout was perfect. We used the half bath in the hallway to park all the beach stuff so as to limit the amount of sand going throughout the unit. The only unusual thing is there is not a dining table so meal time was interesting. The kids used the bar which was fine. The kitchen was good . The bathrooms were good and clean. Great view and love having a view from the bedroom. Kids loved the pool. This is a big complex so expect a crowd at the beach and pool. The only day we had an issue with the elevators was the Friday before we checked out. There were several that went down. Before that though, the elevator service was the best I had when staying on such a high floor. On the last day, there was a new security team around the pool. Generally people were getting up early and using towels to save spots at the pool but the new security team would come by and take the towels if no one was sitting with the items. There was inconsistencies from the team on the rules that need to be followed such as having food at the pool. Overall, it was a great unit and we all had a great time.

Nice Enough

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall experience was just OK. The unit was nice however the furniture and the beds need attention. The amenities were as described- however, plan your elevator rides to use only on the low times. The garage is tight- if you have a large vehicle (Tahoe) you must be careful- it is two way as well. The property was NOT clean when we arrived however the head of housekeeping made it correct- thank you Javon. Bring with you a sponge, liquid dish soap and better cooking utensils as the cleaning items do not exist and the the service-ware is in need of update! The communication up to and when we arrived was fantastic. ***NOW THE BAD STUFF*** Although it states they do not rent to under 25yrs- this is untrue... at 2am there were young adults howling off the balconies, the loud obnoxious music (at the pool (DJ) and in units) and not desecrate conversations did not allow any relaxation. Its great if you are there to party- no so much for quiet family time.

Family Summer Vacation

We had a great stay over all bc we were determined to have a great time despite some little things here and there with the condo. It really needs some updates for sure. The couch had a lot of stains. Fans were dusty and some of the furniture. The floor was not swept or mopped . I actually took pictures of my husband’s feet how dark they looked because of the dirty floor. I had to do some sweeping on the first day we checked in and got a wet towel to try to clean the floor a little . It really needs some updates to be done . The sofa bed was really stained and I also took pictures of that. The towel hanger in the half restroom was Just bearly hanging on to the wall. It needs some updating on the furniture. The first bedroom (not the master) the mattress was old and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The master bedroom bed was very squeaky/noisy as well. So every time you want to move or turn while you are sleep be prepared to hear cracking and squeaky sounds. The kitchen need to be stocked up again with a few things like forks, spoons, coffee mugs , cups , large pan and just a few things . The AC worked great and the water pressure was great . Stove was good , microwave was good. The view was great. The pool was clean . Over all we had a great time with the family. I took some pictures of some things that were already damaged and needed some updates and where it was dirty.

Long wait for elevator and dirty room

I should have read the review better on the elevators at this property. Waiting over 45 min for an elevator when you have small children who are tired from playing at the beach all day is very frustrating. The pool is beautiful and we loved there were food options at the property.. the tiki huts have amazing drinks and really good food for a great price. Our issues in this unit included the bunk beds bedding smelled strongly of urine. I addressed this with the property manager and they said someone would be there that day to take care of the bedding. No one ever showed up to change the bedding. So that was one bed down for sleeping arrangements. When we arrived I had all the guest take their shoes off at the door.. everyone had feet full of sand almost immediately. I swept and had plenty of sand to throw out. I understand we are at the ocean. Sand is going to happen. But def shouldn't be in your bed sheets. Which indicates to me the sheets had not been changed.. there was tape all over the walls where someone had thrown a party. Which is nice. But cleaning crew should have cleaned this up before our stay. Also there was food and shopping bags shoved behind a small decorative shelf along with tons of sand. Which also means that the unit was not tidy or clean. My teenage son got sick while we were on vacation with a virus. Took him to the clinic nearby but I can't help to think that the virus he caught was from sleeping in an unlcean room. I thought cleaning procedures were hightenes due to covid. I guess not at this property.. and youll read about marijuana smoke. Yeah. The first thing I smelled when entering the condo was marijuana. I think the maintenance crew is smoking it throughout the property. I would love the condo manager to contact us to about refunding the cleaning fee. Because we stayed in a filthy unit.
