This home features 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. There is a total of 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and a twin over twin bunk bed. **Please note that the lower level apartment is rented separately and there may be guests present during your stay. Your unit is completely private, separated by a locked door to the lower level**

You will also be able to enjoy the backyard and all of the outdoor amenities, however please note it is a shared space with the lower level apartment. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
This unit is the main floor of a home, please note that the basement apartment is a separate unit and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Please note: The home has an internal staircase with a door separating the units. The door is locked with a code that neither guest has access to, so the units remain completely separate.

•There is no washer/dryer in this unit
•While you will have access to a thermostat to adjust the temperature, the upper and lower apartments are on the same zone, so be please be mindful of the guests in the other unit.
•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
