Very cute little space. We loved it. Communication with the owner was excellent and we liked a little extra Waters and coffee. Very charming place. We will definitely stay here again. How do you recommend it?

I truly loved my stay at the apartment.It was very homey and very clean. The fire pit and grill in the back made it feel like we were at home, not like an apartment. It was very quiet and close to all the creeks we fish. 10 minutes away from Walnut and Elk Creek. It was everything we needed.Perfect place for a fishing retreat, especially if someone in your party snores. I will always make it my first choice!!

It’s a very cute, homey space in a beautiful neighborhood. Very clean and the main bed was very comfortable! (I was by myself, so never used the smaller bed) Love the tub!!!

For all that it is, it was very cozy and quaint. However it could use a bedside light in each room so that the overhead doesn't have to be on. Everything else was excellent. Thank you Eleanor

There are several pluses to this accommodation. Certainly the price is a plus if your goal is to economize. It was clean. It was an easy 20-25 minute drive to Erie. Communication with the host was straightforward. Unfortunately though we were extremely disappointed to discover that there was no shower in the bathroom. There was a very dated free-standing tub that barely fit my six foot frame. Any modern traveler would assume that there would be a shower. My wife and I believe that that should have been pointed out explicitly. Aside from that, the unit was sparsely but for our purposes, adequately furnished. There really are no cooking facilities, no kitchen sink, and only a box of plastic spoons, forks and knives.

I spent a week at this apartment and, while it may not be for everyone, it could be a solid option if you're looking for a cost-effective, clean place to stay with responsive ownership.Pros:Excellent Host Communication: I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, and the host responded promptly. It turned out to be a provider issue, but I appreciated the quick follow-up. Later, the A/C went out, and they had it working again right away. Big kudos for that.Spacious for Small Groups: The apartment comfortably fits a couple plus one more guest, thanks to two separate bedrooms.Essentials Provided: There’s a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge — enough to prep light meals and morning routines.Nice Outdoor Space: The backyard is surprisingly large and adds a nice touch.Friendly Neighbor: The gentleman upstairs was kind, helpful, and added to the overall positive experience.Cautions:Limited Accessibility: The entrance includes two narrow steps and another small incline. Not a big deal for most, but those with mobility issues might find it challenging.Bathtub Quirks: The bathroom has an old-fashioned clawfoot-style tub with a high side. There’s a handheld showerhead but no shower curtain and no plug for a bath, so bathing without splashing can be tricky.First Impressions:Curb Appeal Needs Work: If you're judging by exterior appearance alone, you might consider driving away. The building could really use a good power wash or exterior refresh. Don’t let that deter you!

Excellent host, great communication and quick to respond. All amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great location, convenient to many fun things to do and many reastaurants. The place was nice and clean and a nice yard for our dog. Lastly, the price was great, and an excellent tub to soak in.
