Spacious 3 bedroom private home in Ouray, the Switzerland of America
Enjoy a month in Ouray! My spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has views from all the windows, 2 decks, large fully equipped kitchen, comfortable dining/living area, large screen TV in the living room, and an office/library. Located on the hillside, it is a 3 block walk to Main Street. Pet OK, Non-smoking. There are stairs. As this is a 30 day minimum stay, there will be no taxes. However, if you want to use it for just two weeks it would still be enjoyable (I just have to block it for a month).
Very private location on a paved road. Plenty of parking. With a deck on the east and the west side of the house, you can enjoy coffee on a sunny deck in the morning, and dinner watching the sunset. Deer often graze in the lawn next door. The home is on 1/3 acre - but yes, right in town. A lawn too.
It really has 5 levels. Up a couple steps in the entry to the living room, kitchen, and large dining/relaxing area, and a half bath. Up one level is the master bedroom suite complete with many windows looking out at the mountains, and large walk through closet and steam shower. Down one half level from the living room is an office/library with plenty of books and a couple of desks to work on. Another 1/2 level is the 2nd bedroom, full bath, and laundry room. Another 1/2 level is the 3rd large bedroom with a king bed and an additional single bed.

I love Ouray, however I have grandchildren I'd like to spend more time with them. Come and rent my beautiful home in Ouray and enjoy everything Ouray has to offer. My home is in a 30 day minimum neighborhood - no taxes. You can stay all 30 days, or less, I just have to block all 30 days for you.
