The Space:
Welcome to India Place, a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom duplex in Greenpoint. This 2,000 square-foot home offers flexible living across two levels with rare private outdoor space, hardwood floors, and modern finishes throughout. Meticulously furnished with some of the rarest mid-century, 70s Italian, and brutalist pieces, this home blends style and comfort in every corner. The main floor features an open living and dining area with a curved glass wall that fills the space with natural light and garden views. A modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and two-tone cabinetry makes cooking easy. The en-suite primary bedroom includes double closets and a bathroom with a soaking tub. A guest bathroom and direct access to the first private terrace complete this level.

The lower level provides even more space with another wall of glass opening to a large private patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit, perfect for dining or relaxing. This floor also features a second living room, a guest bedroom, and a gym room equipped with a bench, yoga mat, and adjustable weights. A half bath and an in-unit washer/dryer add to the convenience. Please note that weekly mid-stay cleans can be arranged upon request with our partner for an additional $150 fee. Cleaning costs will be paid to them directly.

The Neighborhood:
Home to a large Polish-American community, Brooklyn's evolving Greenpoint neighborhood is a residential area with hipster appeal. Traditional Polish shops and restaurants share the streets with trend-setting eateries, bars and live music venues. Galleries and artist studios are found in converted warehouses. The revitalized East River waterfront has parks and new high-rises with sweeping views of midtown Manhattan.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent

All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
