wonderful vacation!

Our HomeAway experience could not have been better. We didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect and the house was fabulous. We will definately be using them again for future visits to the Orlando area.

House could use some cosmetic repairs (painting, broken molding, heavily used furniture). There was not a large variety of cooking ware for such a large house. Overall, stay was good. Host was very responsive and helpful.

It was beautiful. We really enjoy staying there.

This house in The Oasis Club neighborhood of Champions Gate was a pleasant surprise! We were several families evacuating for the hurricane and this house had everything you could have asked for - swimming pool, theatre room, billiards room, updated kitchen, open floor plan, etc. Our house was VERY responsive to our requests. Response times were very fast and everything went really smooth. I highly recommend Patricio and his property to others

Just beautiful!!

We stayed in this home at very last minute decision. The owner was very helpful accommodating us at such short notice. The house itself is pretty new and very spacious. This home is everything that it says it is. It is in a great position just off the I4 and there are plenty of shops and eating places just around the corner at Champions Gate. We have stayed in lots of villas but have never used the clubhouse pool but we did with this one. The resort pools were massive with a lazy river and plenty of seating if you don't swim. Would definitely stay there again!

Not a good experience

We arrived and the code for the door was incorrect. Our whole group had to stand outside for an hour until the property managers gave us the correct code. The second day the oven/range stopped working. We purchased $200 in food that we could not eat because maintenance never came to fix it, we called several times. The chairs where broken in the dining room. Also, getting in this “gated” community was always and VERY long wait. Two ways in for a large community. One day they closed the second entry and only one gate worked. It’s only hates for vehicles. Anyone can walk in and around the community. Streets are narrow and full of juveniles walking in the middle of the road. I would not recommend at all! Several months later and still no call back from the property management.

So much potential but it's like they just gave up (part 1 of 2)

This is a beautiful home with so much potential and I bet at one point was a great vacation home. But it has fallen from grace! Communication: First of all, we had 5 families totaling 18 people for our family reunion. We had many questions leading up to our trip that we needed to be answered before we did our online shopping. We called the number given for our property manager over and over but never heard back. We called Nova Vacations and they gave us a different property manager. Same deal. Calls and calls and texts....radio silence. Even the woman at Nova said she couldn't reach the property manager. This went on for days. To this day, I still have not heard back. Cleanliness of Home: You would hope that during another Covid surge, cleanliness would be of the utmost concern. The home was not clean...which many reviewers have been saying. The walls are filthy and scuffed. They need to be cleaned and likely painted. Doorknobs were filthy and sticky. There was a layer of dust and grime behind the coffee maker. It's like the home was spot cleaned....some of the spots, anyway. There was feces on the outside of toilet in the master bath. Condition of the home: I'm not sure it is the owner's fault, but the street was littered with trash, which could have been easily overlooked if we opened the doors to the home and it was clean and as described. Upon arrival, walking up to the home, there was some sort of storage bench that was broken and the inside exposed. It was full of trash. There was a dining room chair with a broken leg. The shower door upstairs would not stay closed. This was a Jack and Jill bathroom so the guests of one of the bedrooms had to walk straight into a glass shower door when attempting to enter the bathroom. They state that they provide towels and linens. There were no bath mats in any of the bathrooms, which is a safety issue when you are soaking wet moving from the shower to a smooth surface. But in addition, there is mold and rot in the door jam of the bathroom from the water that has nowhere to go. Also, there were no wash cloths. The dishwasher doesn't work at all. We set it to run as we left for the day and came home to a flooded kitchen. When we opened the dishwasher, the soap tablet was caked in there, which also means the "clean" dishes we previously ate off, still had the last renter's germs on them. Yum! The leakey dishwasher caused mold to build up under the kitchen sink.

Grossly inaccurate description - stayed Oct 2021

This house was a total mess! We walked into a chair laying on its side with broken legs. Main downstairs bathroom was disgusting and wasn't cleaned. Dirty towels were in the sick and the toilet was gross. The dryer is broken and literally ruined our clothes. Don't turn the oven on it smells like burnt hair and the larger burner doesn't turn on. The stove top barely cooks food. We had 14 people in the house and if it wasn't for the grill we paid extra for, we wouldn't of been able to cook at the house. The 2nd floor TV room is unusable because the couch is torn apart and the seat are broken. Can't use the game room, cord for the air hockey was cut, pool table sticks are broken, and there were wires hanging from the ceiling. There are so many more things about this house that is an absolute mess. Told the management office about it and the rental company, not a damn thing was fixed! This house literally ruined my family's vacation! I don't suggest anyone to ever rent this house. The fact that they rent this out is grossly appalling. I feel bad for the people who have this house already rented out for their vacation. I have rented in Orlando many times before for our Disney vacations and this property I paid the most for and got the least amount for our money. If I could give him 0 stars I would!

The house was not well maintained. . I could go over a long list of things that were not acceptable

When we arrived, the front yard had not been cleaned. There were balloons in the trees that had busted but we’re not removed. The furniture was mostly broken. The foosball table, three stools, two chairs in the living room as well. The sectional on the upstairs landing laws ripped to shreds. The ceiling in my parents bedroom leaked from the upstairs bathroom. The sink was hanging off when we arrived. The management sent a plumber to repair it. The screens covering the pool had panels that were ripped out. We made the best of our stay but I have to say that I was sorely disappointed with the property. We travel a lot and stay in rental properties all over the world.

False advertising

We arrived with no unrealistic expectations. We utilize rental properties all the time for vacations and try to give the owner the benefit of the doubt when it comes to what was advertised and what we receive. That was far from the case when we arrived at this property. Most of the furniture was broken. The sink was leaking when we arrived which was quickly fixed but gave us reason for alarm. It got worse from there. The yard was filthy. The garbage bin hadn’t been cleaned and there were balloons hanging in the tree from another guest I suppose. My parents slept in the master bedroom and they were shocked to find the ceiling leaking. Probably from the upstairs bathroom. The screen around the pool area had missing or damaged panels. The sofa in the upstairs Lounge was ripped to shreds and had stains and looked very unsanitary. This was a very important vacation for us because we hadn’t seen each other for about 15 months. I could go on but I think I’ll leave it there. I don’t wish any ill-will on anyone but I need to express my disappointment with what was advertised and what we received.

Overall, our home was beautiful. A few things were broken and needed replacing but the house was well stocked with kitchen appliances, cooking items, and towels. Great location to the Oasis Club house.

Family Halloween Disney Trip

Very impressed with house. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Plenty of towels and pool towels. Kitchen well stocked for at home family meals. Pool was great. Will definately book again.

The house arrangement was just as it was described. Frank's house was very clean. All very well organized, Beautiful home very spacious with plenty of room for our party. This is the perfect setting for people who love nature, space, privacy and luxury with super convenient access to all the major attractions of central Florida. Highly recommend it!

We felt right at home and comfortable!

This is the perfect setting for people who love nature, space, privacy and luxury with super convenient access to all the major attractions of central Florida. The house arrangement was just as it was described. The house was great, everything was clean and had all of the necessary amenities, We will definitely come back when the next time our family visit the parks.

Family spring break

The house was perfect for our family. The bedrooms upstairs were nice for the various ages of children. The parents were happy with their rooms as well. First floor masters were nice and beds comfortable. The pool was a huge hit for all. The local management company was very friendly and attentive when we called. House was conveniently located to Disney and various amenities. Memories were created and we enjoyed our stay at this property.

This place was so huge and comfty.

The house was perfect and plenty of space so people were not on top of each other. This house is great! Very spacious, has everything you need. I would rent this home again.

We had a wonderful stay. There was 18 of us who stayed in the house and there was room for everyone. Very spacious. The host was very clean nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend to friends and was come back for sure

Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious, well equipped house. It had a dream kitchen and family room where our family hung out every evening after the parks. We looked forward to coming home, in fact, rather than stay for the nighttime Disney shows and fireworks! The kids loved the pirate themed bedroom and toys. The kitchen deserves a special mention as it is unusually well stocked with appliances: slow cooker, a coffee pot, and a wide array of pots and pans in very good conditions. Highly recommend!

Great Experience

We had a great experience with this property and renting from this Owner. It was a last minuted booking and the Owner was very responsive and accommodating. The property was clean and we only had one issue, which was addressed quickly. I would consider renting from this Owner again.

Pictures didn't reflect what the house was like.

We did enjoy our time at this house, however, the pictures for this property were incorrect. I had expected to have the crib in the upstairs bedroom and it was in the downstairs master room. We were to have patio furniture that was shown in the picture, but was incorrect. Several of the room decors didn't match what we got. We liked the house, but was very disappointed that we didn't get what we had anticipated. Mainly the outside couch and chairs. Several of the outside and inside dining chairs were very wobbly and unsafe. We had to move a couple of them so no one would get hurt. We will use VRBO again but will not stay in this house again. Some things we did enjoy were the pool, game room and theater room. Please update your pictures to reflect what is actually in the houses. It seems that since you have several houses for rent, the pictures are getting intertwined. Thanks

Huge and beautiful house!

My family had great time here. Enjoyed the pool, the many bedrooms allowed all have their personal space. The manager and owner responded quickly to any requests for information we needed. Very close to Orlando attractions. Would use it again and recommend to family and friends.

Excellent !

Our family of 14 loved this home. There was plenty of space for all. The beds were very comfortable , the kitchen had all that we needed and the game room was fun. We especially loved the pool! It was the perfect size and south facing. The pool has fence so the children were always safe. The kids also loved all the Disney decorated theme rooms and theater. We would definitely recommend this house for anyone.

Great property, great location!

Champions Gate is a beautiful resort community that's conveniently located to everything in the Orlando area! Frank and his manager were great to deal with and very accessible both before and during our stay. The villa was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space in the kids room for them to play and all of the beds were comfortable. I really appreciated the high chair and crib since we were traveling with a one year old! The pool and playgrounds were great and the staff in the welcome center were wonderful. Our only hiccup was leaving something behind that we had to have sent to us...which was an expensive mistake. Just be sure not to forgot anything and it will be a great vacation! I would highly recommend this villa.
