Situated just one block from the picturesque Gulf shores and a short walk to the vibrant boardwalk of historic John's Pass, this property offers proximity to waterfront restaurants, local shops, live music, and family-friendly attractions. Designed to accommodate both couples and families, this bright and spacious unit can sleep up to six guests and provides all the comforts necessary for an enjoyable stay. Guests will appreciate a fully equipped kitchen for convenient meal preparation, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit, and televisions in each bedroom as well as the living room, perfect for unwinding after a day spent outdoors. Additional amenities include complimentary parking and a welcoming communal outdoor seating area

We want you to feel right at home, but we also want to keep things comfortable for all guests and neighbors. Please keep these guidelines in mind during your stay:

🚭 No smoking indoors – You're welcome to smoke outside, just please dispose of butts responsibly.

🎉 No parties or events – Our neighborhood is quiet, so please keep noise to a respectful level.

🕓 Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM – Need to arrive early or leave late? Let us know! Hourly rates may apply.

👤 Minimum rental age – The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

💰Nightly rate – Based on standard occupancy of 4 guests. Additional guest fee of $25 per person per night will apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit of 6 guests. Please ensure to enter the correct count of guests upon booking to avoid confusion.

📋 Guest list required – For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.

📝 Sign the rental agreement – Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.

🚗 Parking – Please ensure you park only in the designated parking space assigned to this unit, which is labeled with the unit number. Additional parking is available across the street, in the garage at John's Pass, and on nearby streets where permitted — park at your own risk.

🐾 PET POLICY
Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.

Guests planning to bring pets must provide the following information before arrival:
• Pet breed
• Weight
• Age

⚠️ UNAUTHORIZED OR UNDISCLOSED PETS—even if tied to a car parked in the property's parking spaces—will result in a $500 fee per pet and may also lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

PET FEES
Pet fees are paid separately after the reservation is confirmed, as they are not included in the reservation amount.

First Pet
• $175 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
• $75 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period

Second Pet
• $125 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
• $50 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period

Cats: A $500 security deposit is required, refundable after check-out once the property has been inspected and confirmed to have no damages caused by the cat.

RESTRICTED BREED POLICY
Due to insurance requirements, certain dog breeds are restricted. However, guests traveling with a restricted breed may still be able to bring their pet by obtaining temporary pet liability insurance covering the dates of their stay.

The policy must:
• Cover the entire duration of the reservation
• Provide liability coverage for the pet
• List STR Management Solutions, LLC as Additional Insured
• A copy of the policy must be submitted prior to check-in.

Short-term policies are commonly available through providers such as Thimble or NerdWallet.

• Pets must not be left unattended in the home unless crated.
• Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
• Guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
• Excessive barking or disturbances may require the pet to be removed from the property.
• Any damage caused by pets is the guest's responsibility.

SAFETY POLICY
For safety and insurance reasons, the following are not permitted:
• Exotic animals
• Aggressive animals
• Pets with any bite history
• Trained attack or protection animals

SERVICE ANIMALS

We stayed at this property for 10 nights, and unfortunately it did not fully match the listing or meet expectations for a longer stay.Several advertised amenities were either unavailable or did not function properly. There was no on-site laundry, the air conditioning struggled to cool the unit and the kitchen has no exhaust/lacked overall ventilation, making cooking difficult. The kitchen was very small, had no dishwasher, and was not well suited for an extended stay.The bunk bed was unstable and noisy, raising safety concerns, and one guest was uncomfortable using it. Due to the layout and limited space, the unit do not realistically accommodate six people as advertised.Kitchen supplies were limited and mostly plastic, with some basic items missing. Bedroom storage was minimal, with no hangers or closet rods provided. Bathroom was also very tiny with only place to keep all your bathroom supplies being under sink.This property may be more suitable for very short stays with fewer guests. Those planning longer stays or expecting full amenities should clarify details carefully before booking. Given the limitations, the value did not justify the higher cost, especially compared to more spacious and better-equipped options nearby, including in the Clearwater area and even within this neighborhood at lower rates.
