Welcome to the Waterfront Escape, this LAKEFRONT and MOUNTAINVIEW home with a king-sized bed can be yours for a rental retreat. This space is the perfect getaway to escape from it all, sit outside on the patio, and watch the variety of swans, waterfowl, and amazing sunsets. Situated in a resort community with trail hiking, an award-winning public golf course, pickleball/tennis courts, swimming pools, boat rentals, cocktail/gastropubs, and a well-known four-star resort hotel and restaurants all within walking distance.
**Property** Nicely updated waterfront Mid Century Modern/Boho stylish with luxury home, 3-bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 office desks for separate workspaces.
**All furnishings included for long-term stay, bed linens, towels, silverware, baking dishes, glasses, all necessary kitchenware, pots, pans, oven & stove top, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, and gym equipment.
**Whole house water filtration system, filtered drinking water throughout the entire home.
**Large Master Bedroom includes a king-sized bed, two dressers, two night stands, a clothing closet with hangers, a couch and coffee table, and an en suite full-sized master bathroom with a walk-in shower/tub attached to the bedroom.
**Second Guest Bedroom includes a full double-sized bed, one dresser, one nightstand, one workspace office desk and chair, clothing closet with hangers, and room-darkening window shades. full-sized guest bathroom with walk-in shower adjacent to the bedroom.
**Third Guest Bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a loveseat sofa, one workspace office desk and chair, and room-darkening window shades.
**Outdoor Patio space includes patio furniture, BBQ grill, garden and water views
**Kayaks are available for use.
**I'm open to any questions regarding renting my home, and open to offers for short or long-term rental. The rental property will be available for a few weeks in August and the entire 30-day month of September, 2025.
